      I went to the petsmart in *********** ** for a grooming appointment to have my cat bathed, brushed and nail trim. The lady that checked me in was extremely rude and unprofessional. And when it came time to give my cat a bath, she said she freaked out with the water and said she couldnt do it. Of course cats dont like water. The whole point is they have restraints and things like that to be able to do the full water bath. Makes me wonder if they just dry shampoo every cat and then charged me over $60 for a 10 min appointment. Also, the groomers were aggressive with the dogs that were already in there and not friendly at all. I had a good experience last year but they must have changed staff and I wont be returning

      I booked a grooming app for my 2 Schuanzers 5mth in advance for Dec 20th 2 week prior Petsmart called to say they had to change my app to the 9th Luckily I was able to book more time off work. I took my dogs for the 1:30 pm app At 4:00 the groomer called to say they had a bad day at the salon One dog was dropped and had to be rushed to the vet and another groomer was bitten by a dog None of these events involved my dogs or groomer But she said she was to stressed to complete my dogs. My little girl had only been bathed and my boy nothing was done. They would only offer me the following Tues to complete the ****** which I can't do due to work Thats it my dogs won't be done for Christmas They thought it was some big gift my groom yesterday was not charged yet nothing was done Both managers for the salon were off that day no one to support these young girls The manager I did speak to the next day to arrange new appointments was HOPELESS she did not even try to accommodate Who's paying me for the days I took off of work I already booked off for the 20th as well.       I have not been able to order anything on line for 5 days. Their system won't authorize my CC that I have been using online there for years. I tried other ones too, but they won't work either. Called them, wrote on social media. No one calls back nor help. Missing out on sales and my $27 in treats. Doubt this will ever be fixed. A few weeks ago, I wanted to make a daycare appointment . Spent two days calling and no one ever picked up. Don't need this hassle any longer. Done with them and will never shop there again. Just want my $27 dollars in treat money...now!

      I have been going to Pet Smart grooming for over 13 years I have a Maltese which has been going about 5 years the regular groomer was not there and replacement groomer raised a fuss about his eyes which he had dry eye about 3 years she and manager both who were rude said they would not work on him. I told them his condition has been about the same last 3 years and regular groomer always made dog feel special. He has medication for eyes won't cure it but keep it about the same. My wife called salon happen to get the groomer and asked why was told because it was in dogs interest. Manager called to say my wife was rude she was not and dog was banned for life. I was embarrassed and befuddled. By PetSmart

      I ordered an acrylic aquarium that Petsmart's webiste indicated was in stock to replace a leaking aquarium. I would not have ordered the aquarium if I knew it would have to be built. After more than two weeks the aqurium has not shipped, Petsmart says they cannot cancel the order as it has been sent TO BE BUILT. No indication of when it will ship. Terrible customer service, will not shop with ********************** again.

      I have been going to PetSmart for over 20yrs for my pets needs. I placed an online order for pickup. Received the email that it was ready and arrived about 2hrs later. Upon arrival I picked curbside pickup. After waiting for over 20min went in the store. The associate I asked about it told me to go back out to my car. When I asked if I could just get it since I was in the store he told me to go find it on the shelf and get in line like everyone else. After doing that he decided to raise his voice and tell me not to do that ever again. Im not the type of person to make a scene and that is exactly what he did. He was rude and very unprofessional. I used petsmart for my vet, training, shopping and grooming but after today I will be finding new places for all of that. If petsmart is okay with their associates treating and talking to customers like that I would rather not be a customer.

      With everything going on with the economy right now. I CANNOT believe how greedy PETSMART has become in over charging on dogfood and treats. A 6oz begging strips is $3.49 at *****. At PETSMART $5.49. That's $2.00 more for the same item!! They raise the cups of the single ones I buy. Because they don't come in pack. To 50 cents more for each one. How GREEDY can a COMPANY BE!!! DO BETTER PETSMART!!

      Pets Mart really needs to be educated on the care for each live animal they have. I was shopping for my guinea pigs one day and I always go see the guinea pigs they have. I seen a big caged ball with hay stuffed into the center with four piggys. I literally watch one little guy struggle so much to get hay out of this caged ball. It broke my heart to watch him try so hard to get to the food and he couldn't. He eventually gave up and went and layer down. I approached an employee and told her of the situation and that guinea pigs are to have unlimited access to hay all the time. She said that was company policy. Really? They are basically teasing these poor four animals of food at this point. There is absolutely no way they can get the hay from the center of this caged ball. I was a loyal customer to this company and after that day, I will no longer ever shop there again. It is disgusting of their "policy" to withhold food from an animal that needs unlimited amounts of hay because it is 80% of their diet! Makes me f****** sick!!

      I purchased a Top Fin 55 gallon tank set up. Included was a Top Fin heater, Top Fin filter and Top Fin top lid with lights. The first week I set up my tank, the heater stopped working and had to return for a different heater as the store knew there were issues with the Top Fin brand. In 2 weeks the filter stopped working 5 times while I was at work. The store knew there were problems Top Fin brand and exchange for another brand. Within 3 months, the top of the Top Fin 55 gallon tank began to leak all around the top. I looked for a ****** review for Top Fin, however, I could not find one so I and submitting this to Better Business Bureau as this really needs to be addressed and the public needs to be made aware.
