      Went to ************, ********** Service was acceptable and wait times were normal. My mistake, I did not ask about the final charges for each visit. Just received my statement from my insurance company. Mt first visit was $340, second visit was $320, and last visit was $250. I find these charges ridiculous.Good service but very expensive. Will not go back.

      Excessive billing I got bill late , just two days ago Went to pay bill , they say its sent to collections Also when I sought treatment they said they have authorization from insurance and I agreed for treatment , when its all and done they told me there is no authorization and they will collect three times the money after Much arguing they said they will take regular charge Just scammers I would encourage people not to get treatment from and find some other physical therapy place that is true to noble profession and not scam common people

      This practice excessively bills the patient's health insurance. They charge you a co-pay that you must pay before allowed to start your appointment. I asked to confirm that once the co-pay was paid, I would not be responsible for any more charges. The office staff confirmed this was the case. Months later I get a large mystery bill for my appointments. When I called billing to find out what it was about, they couldn't tell me what codes were used to make the bill significantly above and beyond the copay EVERY TIME.

      This facility does not accurately bill their client's health insurance. They will charge you a cash rate that is 4 times what the insurance rate is once your health benefits run out. If you try and contact their billing department, emails will go unsawed. Horrible customer service.
