    I was lied to about pricing when i financed through this company. I retuned the the good to the merchant and they said I would not owe them any dollar amount. I have been contacting them to resolve this issue and why I owe them money for goods or services. I reached out to ***** ***********) the employee that set up the financing and account to come in and have a meeting with whoever is in charge but he refuses to return my calls. I have disputed this a multitude of times and no one from Casol reaches out and they do not remove inaccuracies on my account that are now preventing me from from starting the home buying process/or a rental home.Casol *** will not send me in any way or refuses a copy of the contract, nor did they ever say if goods were returned i would still have to pay. Furthermore they also never specify any breach of contract in any way, shape, or form verbally or otherwise. Finally Casol ***. refuses to either remove this negative impact from my credit and refuses to reach out to me.

    I am not liable for this debt with charter communications. I do not have a contract with Casol **** they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    This customer made a purchase with our company on 04/25/2016. Customer has a collection account from us due to nonpayment. Please contact our office to resolve the matter. Thank you.
