They are frauds. The difference between what was sold by the sales person and the reality of the product/install could not be further from each other. Now less than a year later the floor is already breaking/coming up.

5 starsExpress Flooring did a awesome replaced Flooring on our house. Our two story home replaced Flooring cost me about the price of my 2002 Sequioa in 2002. They tear up all my tile floors in 3 days. And installed my new Laminate Floors in 4 days. They carefully moved my furniture and even fixed my leaking toilet bowl. ******* *. and *****,D. and crew were awesome! 3 starsWe initially had a lot of issues and I contacted the BBB to let people know what we had to deal with. They finally sent out one guy to remove the first moulding they installed. He then put up new moulding and he did a great job. It looks very nice. In regards to final clean up we had dust every where. They did not come to do any cleaning. My husband has been doing all of it. We had to buy an upholstery cleaning machine to remove dust from furniture. The supervisor we had did give us a Swiffer mop and cleaning solution for clean up. It's been a wild ride but things finally got done and floors look great.
I would recommend them only because they went above and beyond to make things right. The employee they sent to do the remoulding was very nice and did a professional job. I would recommend you have them sawing outside to keep the dust down and have them cover your furniture before working in a room. Put in writing they will clean up the initial dust on floors as well. If you do this things will be great and you should be happy.Review fromDrew W

Very unhappy with this company. They sent a salesman out for a quote. He gave us a total cost for the project with no details or sales tax amount. When we asked for the details the salesman said Weve been in business for over 30 yearsand dont break down the cost I asked to speak with his manager who verified that our app doesnt do that (provide details of the cost)I told the manager we would cancel our order then ( we were within the initial 3 day window) and got no response. The salesman emailed me and indicated he doesnt do cancellations so I need to call the office. Cancellation was completed; very unprofessional customer treatment and relations.Express Flooring

I would give zero stars if possible. ******** arrived and I picked out flooring. A loan was obtained and approved. Installation date set. On that date no one showed. No word or answer from the salesman or the company. Luckily it was possible to cancel the loan. Update: None.Express Flooring

I must say, I was afraid after reading some of the negative reviews, but... *** they did an AMAZING job!!! We got 3 rooms plus our stairs done all done the same day and it looks and feels absolutely beautiful! So... so far so good and zero complaints here!!!!Express Flooring

Floor looks great 2 weeks later the old flooring is still sitting on my front porch. I have called customer service daily and e mailed 3 times. With no time frame of when they will dispose of the old flooring.Express Flooring

Everyone from the salesman to the installers we wonderful. Pricing was outstanding as I bought on clearance of overstock. Originally only going to do one room. Ended up doing three rooms and the hallway, you cant go wrong with Express Flooring.Express Flooring
