Communication from Express Flooring was great. They set realistic expectations and delivered as promised. They are very professional from the consultants that provided the quote to the installers that completed the job. My only complaint is the installers should clean up the debris prior to leaving, I had carpet fibers everywhere. The over all finished product looks and feels wonderful . The padding they us really makes a difference..Express Flooring

During all the crazy for the last two years , it is nice to see a company still value its customers! I spoke to a person through out my whole experience, not a machine. My concerns were addressed in a timely matter and they went above and beyond. The installers were professional, kind and on time. I cant say thank you enough ??Express Flooring

The Express Flooring staff were great, from the sales person, and the staff that came to my house and put in the flooring!!
