Sales manager and installers were great. The installers communicated when they were coming and showed up on time. They were professional, moved some big furniture, and the installation and cleanup were great. Very positive experience.

This experience was horrible. I had express flooring tile my stairs. Six months later the tiles are falling off. I have called 6 times in the last 10 days to get on their schedule for repair. I have yet to receive a call back. I highly recommend that no one use this company.Express Flooring

The installer arrived on time. He was very friendly. He did two bedrooms and closets. He cleaned up everything and vacuumed the carpet. It looked great. Couldnt be happier.Express Flooring

The worst customer service We specifically ordered a thinner pad in one bedroom so that our closet doors would still be able to slide opened and closed.The installer he gave me a free upgraded pad. OMG Hence we had to have a ********* shortened the height of the doors. At our cost and then they were late and didn't arrive until 3:00 or 4 don't remember ?? We will never use them again because they also don't return calls ??Express Flooring

The consultation, service and installation was outstanding. My wife and I only wish that the padding for the carpet had been thicker with more cushion too it. We got what we ordered but, we thought the best padding would have been thicker, with that more cushion feel. The installation took place the very next day, that was a plus.Express Flooring

This was such a smooth transaction....from beginning to end. The two young men who showed up to install were courteous and professional. I was especially pleased when they were so considerate of my 95 year old dad. They finished 'his' section first so he could get back in his recliner. They were very tidy and left the area spotless. I'm a happy camper and I LOVE this new floor.Express Flooring

Very satisfied with the salesperson who came to my home with many carpet samples. Very satisfied with the installers. They were prompt, efficient, careful and very neat. The living room looks wonderful.Express Flooring

We had an appointment on Saturday and carpet installed on Monday. Wow, we love the color and softness of this carpet! The installers worked hard. We had the second floor done and all our furniture is really heavy. ******* and his associate moved these pieces with care, our curved stairs were also not easy. So happy they did a fabulous job and very polite.Express Flooring
