      We will definitely use this company again. Everyone from the salesperson, designer and installers were very professional and nice. They stayed in communication. They had the exact product we wanted in stock and the price was right. The entire process went very smooth.

      I just had kitchen flooring installed They came out on Oct.25th and they chipped out an area and said they couldn't lay the flooring because they suspected asbestos and they couldn't remove it. So I called a company who came out and removed the appliances and took care of the floor. When done, they said because the appliances had to be removed to lay the flooring, they would leave them out. So today they came to lay the flooring but didn't want to replace the appliances. I said they needed to be hooked back up and they told me they didn't do that. So I called the company and they said no they didn't do that I would need to call a plumber. I asked why they didn't tell me they didn't do that and was told they didn't do that. Also I had asked the company about the demolition fee since I had to pay another company, $1800. They checked and they are paying me $153.00 for demolition. I called a plumber about hooking up my appliances and they told me that they weren't allow to touch the appliances. What kind of business is this that leaves a customer without appliances after a $5500 bill.

      The floor representative came out and did his presentation and answered our questions on the floors and carpets ( ************** ) Gave us a time and date and when the crew would arrive. ************ And his coworker were very Prompt and thorough.install the carpets. Two rooms and then did the hallway and then returned the next day and completed the living room. Finished cleaning up and the carpets and floors looked Great ??

They were prompt, timely, thorough and professional, sparing no effort to make sure everything is correct and clean, leaving me a perfectly satisfied, and most likely repeat customer.       I'm retired military and used Express Flooring poor quality workmanship, missing materials unfinished work, submitted multiple portal complaints my unfinished work with no response. Yes, they are fast to sell you a product and get it installed however the quality of work is sub-standard, they have not completed / addressed the unfinished issues. If you are looking for quality work and quick support to address issues that arise with your installs this is not the company to buy from or hire, go somewhere else. I paid of $26k and still unfinished almost 1 month of the work to be completed. Rating this company with 1 star is being generous, Veterans and ******* military do not use them go with other companies out there that have better customer service and quality craftsmanship reviews don't k learn the hard way and be quick to contract this firm there are more options be patient! Horrible service!

      From the beginning to the end from the first phone call to the salesman to the gentleman that laid the carpet and the flooring. It was a great experience kept in good contact and stayed and finished until the job was done

      Service AFTER the sale. Express Flooring wasn't the cheapest option, and I am really OK with that as I wanted quality. The initial install seemed to be ok as we had tile and carpet for the entire home. We called in after we noticed a loose tile and would have them come out. A new crew came out to fix the issue and noticed that the install was incorrect throughout. I was pretty mad considering what we spent. ******* came and verified and said this needs to be done right, and *** called shortly after to schedule. They sent ****** and *****, a father/son team to handle the mess. Day one was demo, and they were so meticulous, fast, extremely polite! it took just over a week, and they worked late every day. They corrected the issues which were simply missed and floated the areas to avoid the problem again. Install was done correctly, the floor looks even better than before, and they cleaned the home after all was finished. So, they stood behind the warranty, took credit for the mistake, made it right and all at no extra cost to us. I would gladly have left pictures of everything if I could! Proof that the cheapest deal you find isn't the best. I wonder what would have happened if we used big box or that guy down the road... I didn't leave a review for the initial install, but I am now for how amazing the staff and remedy to the issue was handled. Thank you for standing behind your product! And our warranty was started over with the new install! 5 stars isn't enough for The ******* Express Flooring Team!

      Floor for the most part looks good but there are several imperfections that we noticed after the installers had already left. Somewhat disappointed with the communication channels. We assumed that a professional team of installers would show up not a husband/wife team. Im sure they are good and bonded but they were not what we expected. Also they left a piece for us to install ourselves over a section of tiles that they messed up. Was thinking of having Express Flooring do other areas of the house but will have to give it serious thought if I want them to finish the job or go with someone else.
