*****************. The work was done efficiently. The crew was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. After the floor was installed, we notice an area that needed attention. My floors look GREAT!!!! I always wanted hardwood/laminate flooring but my entire house was ceramic tile and did not want the nightmare and the high cost to have the tiles uprooted. Then saw a commercial that Express Flooring was offering a 75% off flooring for those who qualified so my immediate thought was to call and asked the question, if hardwood/laminate floors can be placed on top of ceramic tiles, I am so glad I asked, the response was YES. An appointment was set and within two days ******, Design Consultant, a great guy, super personable, professional, knowledgeable about their products and processes, gave great input on helping me decide the right look for my home, again, a great guy. A couple days before the project was to begin, I received a call from *******, Installation Operations Manager, very knowledgeable, who articulated in detail how the project was to be played out and received a video detailing all that ******* had communicated/confirmed. ******* too, was very pleasant and easy to talk with. I wanted to make a last minute change to my earlier decision about crown molding, ******* was willing and able to assist me with no hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to a different department..Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved and replace all furniture once the floors were in place.WooHoo!!! Lastly, ******, Installer, was FANTASTIC! He and is partner did and outstanding job. Their work was flawless and they worked with EXCELLENCE!!!! I am so happy with my floors. It changed the entire look of my home Thank You Express Flooring and all those whom I came in contact with. We reached out to ExpressFlooring with high hopes of having a seamless flooring install. Our salesman was new to the company, but highly and proffessional and kind. The day of install seemed fairly routine and though they use archaic install methods of stretching (knee stretcher), the edging was clean. HOWEVER, the carpet itself began lifting in record time in multiple lines and it was obvious there was a serious health issue of tripping...hazardous to say the least. I called in immediately!!!! They sent the same installer to examine along with a superior. It was duly concluded that we received defective carpeting. In spite of this disaster, they chose to bill my credit card. And ghosted me knowing the tripping hazard was grave. Photo after photo, text after text, call after call, email after email...nothing. Finally, I could only figure they were denied payment and ****...out they came from the woodwork. It will not be the battle of my life. They have broken every law and of course I can sue them for a plethora of violations...but hoped they would be civil and just remove the hazard. They want to replace it with the same defective carpet. They negated any contract we had. This is an awful company who purchases junk flooring and passes it on as a quality product. The client has rights and must do their homework, get legal help and facilitate the laws of their state to finally put an end to these illegal companies. One star is one star too many...Express Flooring

The only drawback I had was Express Flooring called to change the day But the removal of the old carpet and pad and the install of new was exceptional. The quality of the carpet is excellent and has a great warranty which is important to me. The price was great as I did have another bid and Express Flooring was much better.****** ZExpress Flooring

1 starWe should have just saved ourselved the frustration, money and did it ourselves!! We started our project LAST year in December and it is still NOT finished!! We have had 3 different *********s out to fix the flooring that the 1st guy screwed up. I should have known we were in trouble when the ********* took some of our better carpeting with him to "dispose of" after we told him we wanted to keep it. When the project was done the flooring wasn't flush with baseboards and we literally had staples sticking out of the carpeting where it was meeting the flooring at the top of the stairs. After months of calling customer service we had the 1st ********* come back to the house to tell us it all looked fine to him and went on to explain that flooring express did not give him the bullnose piece that needed to go at the top of the stairs and said he would touch base when the part came in. We never heard back from him again so after multiple more calls one of the inspectors came to the house in May who agreed the flooring needed to be fixed and that he would be in touch...a week later the 2nd ********* was supposed to come out but did not show and did not call. Several more calls were done between myself and express florring with promises of *********s showing up that didn't. When the 2nd ********* came out in August we thought we might actually have someone who knew what they were doing as he pulled up the hardwood and leveled out the floor and told us he would be back the next day to finish. 3 weeks went by with text message promises of returning before he actually came and put the flooring back down and said he would return with the bullnose piece. The flooring still doesnt meet the baseboard and it was agreed that he would come out today to repair but again, did not show. A call to EF and they stated he was out this week and would send someone else today. When the 3rd ********* came today he said he was only told he was putting in an end cap piece...here we go again...
