When I received my quarterly **** it went up to $128.00 from $84. I called Best Way and they said Annual rate for them was $191. Wow what a difference. I called Republic and they said they would match the price. I had already paid the $128, received a **** of 131 which totals $259. I talked to 4 separate people and they were suppose to return a call. Needless to say I cancelled and they stated I would get another invoice.Republic Services Inc

Republic serviced is forced on the consumers so they don't care to provide good service. The website us hard and seems to make it difficult to get a real person for customer service. I wanted to complain about rude drivers and drivers who try to inflict Republican views. I wanted to complain I have requested a replacement recycle bin 3 times (3 weeks) and I have not got a response or a replacement. We should not be forced to have to pay for a service to a company that has no accountability to provide adequate service let alone good service.Republic Services Inc

Here in rural ********* ** we are going on almost week number 5 no garbage pickup. We have called weekly sometimes daily. We get told it will be Friday. No one comes then we will be told Monday no one comes then back to Monday. One time they said it would be Tuesday. Many people may not know during winter months when roads in rural area are posted a weight limit garbage is not picked up. We have to physically take it to a designated drop off spot. We still get charged the same as if they are picking it up. So if They are not going to pick it up let us at least have a drop off spot. Stop lying to the customers.Republic Services Inc

Canceled my service due to my trash never being picked up as scheduled. Missed pick up reports that are still not picked up. Was going to be charged 60 dollars for a container pickup fee, half was waived because my garbage was not picked up for 2 weeks. When the day came for the container pickup, it never happened. Soonest they said they could now pick them up is 3 weeks later. I am not a storage facility. Approx 3 weeks after canceling my account, and removing my autopay info, I was still charged for the next 2 months of service.Republic Services Inc

I found this company to be the trashiest!! The supervisors are the worst and have no idea what they are doing. This company is overcharging because your paying for a service you are not receiving. I have had it with the lies and games they play. I dont know how this company is still in business. I know Im just one customer but hopefully this helps one other person to stay away from this business. I cannot express the frustration I have had to deal with here.Republic Services Inc

If you the company damage control person wants to really fix this for the future or future customers you can contact me. I cancelled my service with republic service on 6-30-2022. Reason price was getting to high. And I did not want to go into the next billing cycle. I explain to the lady I was talking to that I had already paid for yard waste for the month of July. She put me on hold and came back after a couple of minutes. And said she would give me a $20.00 credit for yard waste ( I did get the credit )Then she told me the cans would be picked up on 8-9-22 with a $30.00 charge per can. Trash Recycle and Yard waste 3 cans $90.00. At that point I felt like I was being held as a hostage. This was republic service way to make sure I was not going to leave. And continue to stay with them and keep paying the higher prices.My **** for 9/2020 was $109.82 Fuel $22.78 trash and recycle only My **** for 3/2022 was $140.11 Fuel $44.54 trash and recycle only Yard waste was a separate **** On 8-9-22 The 3 cans were at the curb and empty and were picked up Now today 8-17-22 I get a **** for $158.88 Trash can $30.00 Recycle can $30.00 Yard waste can $39.93 Total $99.93 (3 cans)The administration fee $5.95 Fuel cost $53.00 Republic service is less than 10 miles from my house round trip. Which means I was paying about $5.30 per mile for them to pick up the cans. They were here less than 2 minutes to get the cans. They make money on my recyclables and yard waste (compost). And still, They keep rising prices. Iam a senior citizen on a fixed income. If there is anyway this amount can be adjusted, It would be greatly appreciated. Reply only by e mail. We moved on April 20 and are getting harassed by them to pay a **** for services on April 27. We cancelled our service on April 20. I've emailed, called, filed a claim and have a claim number and they still are harassing us. The invoice they sent us even has the new owners name as a reference and they are STILL billing the wrong people. They are absolutely awful to deal with.Republic Services Inc

Republic trash consistently doesnt pick up trash when scheduled. Get nothing but lies when we call and complain. Will keep saying theyll pick up, but never do when scheduled.Republic Services Inc

Our problems started in the beginning of july when we had a bulk pick up. According to policy, we get 1 free pick up a month which is the 1st pickup day of the month. We've heard you don't have to schedule and then we do have to schedule. Regardless, we scheduled. We had a sofa that was to much to keep moving back and forth. We waited a whole month. My wife called 19 times during this span and it was lies after lies. We were cited by the neighborhood enforcement people. 19 calls.....they finally picked it up on the 28th or 29th of july. So now its august and we have another pick up. We again scheduled the pickup for the 5th of august. The pickup is a mattress. The day of the pickup we had the kids sized mattress against the side of the trash bin. The truck came and picked up the bin which tossed the mattress partially in the street. The truck pulled up about 10 yards and put the bin down with such force it broke the wheel and axel off. There was a man walking on the side walk who had to stop as this was going on and when the truck went on its way, the man moved my bin off the road. I know this caise its on video. So after my wife had made a few more calls resulting in nothing, I made a call on the 12th. The 2 people i talked to were shocked at the treatment we have been getting. I believe i talked to a ******* who was somewhat up the ladder and she told me she'd make a call and that she would call me back. I told her that I didn't believe her which she assured me she call me back......she never called me. Before i had asked her 2 questions that she either could not or would not anwser. If someone had hit the mattress or anything they put in the street, who's responsible? And the other is if they would pay the fine? My neighbor who just moved in recently and hasn't recieved his bin yet, had his trash on the curb in cardboard boxes which of course wasn't pick up as well. This company is an absolute joke and do nothing but lie.Republic Services Inc
