No stars, Rapid blinds are not the quality we expected. We have blind slats damaged, draw strings that r so short I can barely reach. All windows have mismatched draw & tilt strings some r short some r long. We have door window blinds that were installed too close to the handle - I am scratching my hand on the corner of blinds when opening the door. The blind valances installed above the blinds were installed too low - u can see the window frame and light coming through. We are not happy and would like all this fixed. But Rapid blinds does not want to come out to check all the issues.Instead they say they will come when one of the replaced window blinds comes in (and they dont have a date for when?) then they will talk with us? Mean time my hand keeps getting scratched each time I open the door. Filing a complaint with the BBB.

We have been in communication with the customer since the installation of their **********************. We currently have a repair on order for a replacement blind that was damaged in shipping. We have been doing our best to gather as much information as possible from the customer to better understand all of their concerns. Our technicians did a thorough inspection at the time of install and found no other issues. However, as explained to the customer, a manager will return to their home to complete the repair and do another full inspection of the product installed.
