    I left my Pontiac G6 with the mechanic on 2/23/23 to have my transmission repaired or replaced and he said he would charge me $1100 to help me. He said he has to wait for parts so I waited patiently until March 11th I asked him if its done. Still waiting for parts apparently he says by Tuesday it will be ready he has the parts. Then its Tuesday march 21st still not done because he has an emergency and is out of town but his worker is working on the car. So I arrive at closing and the car gets put back together and the mechanic shows me it wont go in reverse at all. So I leave again and he asked me again to come back the next day saying I'm very frustrated your car is not ready and I'm not in the city ... I have come back to fix the problem he says. March 27th he says the transmission has an internal leak and thats why its not shifting in reverse. He tells me hes working on it give me 2-3 days so I agree to wait even more. On the fourth day I ask and get no response. Saturday April 1st he tells me in text again Please pick up Monday @ 6 .......I'll be ready...don't text just come I say ok and pay a Uber to arrive Monday at 5:30pm and the car is on the lift still with the transmission on the table. He said hes put it in 3 times already and its taking his time away from other cars waiting for transmissions as well. I told him he can have it towed to another mechanic that can work on it and he got mad that suggested that solution. He promised a 1 year warranty but the car still isnt done and now hes ignoring my calls and texts asking when I can pay and pick up my car. I have the money but this man is not good at keeping his word or his half of the deal. I dont think its right to keep my car this long when I have lost employment and time with my daughter by waiting and waiting for false promises. His cell is *****************

    Yes .this customer bring car to the shop to fix transmission on tow truck .....because is not moving .. we check and found transmission was broken under ...i give special price $1100... (normal price $2200...cuz he was customer before...sometimes we can go lower in the prices) the customer never mentioned .the car had electrical problem in the fuse box !! We rebuilt transmission but we are having delay in reverse 2 or 3 seconds !!! Forward was perfect ....we talk with the customer he said he need his car.. we agree he take the car like that ...and he dont paid anything ..$0.dollars .....
