      They told me my recently deceased mother "no longer needed services because she was dead,.". Bills all have been paid. The only company to no just copy but took an official l($20) copy of the death certificate I believe I have attempted this Groundhog Day(**** ******) modern day remake; with about 50 services requests in 4 and and half months. Only to be turned down. I contacted the County Recorders and I am a qualified relative, The Maricopa county assessor and the **************** said , on their end, services should be clear to reinstate. I am in a long probate process. I grave them the court announcement , am the named representative in the will. . 2 days before Christmas they came to"shut " if off again.. The reviews here are terrible But it is the only option, other than hauling don't have a car right now. Water has been off for 4.5 month. I don't know what else to do.

      This is terrible customer **********************. Their equipment doesn't work properly so I don't know I have a leak for 2 months and am stuck with a water bill over $400. Had I known there was a leak, I would have had someone out much sooner. They would not work with me at all and assume even a portion of the bill.

      I just found out that my meter has not been running properly since September. No one contacted me. It was apparently just fixed. And then I get slapped with an $1800 bill that they averaged out from my water bill the last year when I had a water leak. They were unwilling to reduce the amount, considering it is winter, and we use less water. Disappointing.

      I cant express how unprofessional the customer ********************** representatives are. But lets talk about the bill is***. My bill is in severance process yet its not even due for another 10 days! I went online to pay, and I cant. I will *** them if they try to add late fees!

      I would like to speak to the head of Water Services. I have a billing and account issue that has not been resolved and goes in circles. I have been dealing with low level employees not empowered and unable to even understand the issue. Rediculous. Probably why they have one star. I would give zero but not possible. My issue is not treated with respect and neither am I. Unacceptable.

      NO STARS HERE. I wish we had a real caring, supportive, professional and reasonable Water Service Company. Instead we get our services shut off! City of Phoenix water service, You should be ASHAMED of yourselves to turn OFF any utilities/WATER in *******! The heat kills people and people in Phoenix NEED WATER!! Let's not forget about that $100 **** they add on.. SHAMEFUL. DO BETTER!!
