      On November 8, 2024, AZ Leak Detection came to my house regarding my pool. The technician was at my home for many hours testing my pool for a leak. After approximately five hours of pressure testing, die testing and pressure testing my pool, the technician place tape on my pool decking saying that I had a leak in my return lines. I had my pool builder out the next day to open of the deck of my pool underneath the AZ Leak Detection **** on my pool deck. The pool builder had to remove the tile and jackhammer into my cement to open up the deck of the pool. There was no leak there. I called to have the technician return to again look for the leak in the pool. I had to wait over the weekend and holiday. The AZ Leak Detection technician returned to my home and spent another five hours listening and testing my pool. He put a tape again on my deck, but then removed it and said he gave up. He did not know where the leak was. Three days later I had ************** ********************** out and they found that the leak was in the pool equipment in and in a water line behind an outdoor shower. There never was a leak in the pool deck at all. I paid an addition $1,400.00 to have my pool deck opened and closed. The pool has since been certified no more leaks. My most recent water bill shows that the leak is gone. I experienced additional expense way beyond what I should have. Two leak detection firms, extra cost of the deck and finally the actual pool repair. I do not recommend AZ Leak Detection.

      Very professional. Stayed with the situation until the leak was found. Always responded right away when we phoned. Would highly recommend.

      Pool was substantially leaking requiring immediate attention. Only company willing to come following day. Found and fixed leak (main drain) for reasonable price. Highly recommended.
