    I signed up to Iconic Auctions to view a particular auction in 2020. Since then, they call my cellphone once a month. I've tried to remove my phone number from their website, as well as attempted to contacted them multiple times (through social media as they do not have a contact on their website). They've ignored my requests to stop contacting me. I would like them to please stop calling me. I am not interested in getting phone, mail, or email updates regarding their auctions. Thank you.

    As another complaint mentioned, I want my number removed from their call list. I have blocked the number but they continue to leave robomessages. I have no interest in doing further business with this company.

    We confirmed with ****************** his phone number and removed it from our contact list months ago. This action should have resolved the complaint.

     

    Please let me know if you need any further information. Hoping these 2 responses have resolved the standing issues and can allow us to resume our good standing with the BBB.

    On Sept. 10 2022 I won a lot on Iconic Auctions. I paid the majority of my invoice ($4,000). I told the owner I am selling other pieces of memorabilia on another auction house and once I sell them and get paid I will then pay you. In early June my account on ******************** was banned and I am therefore unable to access my account to pay off my remaining balance. I've contacted the owner ******************* and he told me there is nothing he can do. He has made up various false allegations about me and won't honor the sale on his auction house. I am either seeking to be able to pay off my remaining invoice or a full refund of my $4,000.

    Mr. ******** invoice was finally paid by him in full and he received his winnings. He had never paid the balance of an outstanding invoice and we had to pursue him for almost 2 years in order to get the matter resolved, but we did. Since then weve communicated and the matter is fully resolved and are even discussing future business.

    I want the calling of my number stopped. I'm tired of getting calls about their auctions and not able to block number. I am not interested in anything they are currently selling or trying to auction but the calling will not stop.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
