    Venture Off Road was hired to make multiple repairs and installations on my 2006 Jeep Wrangler, After driving the vehicle home I discovered that the rear main seal was still leaking, after contacting Venture Off Road and making the very long trip (I dont live near them) to have them look at the leak they informed me (after having it for 2 days) that the leak was residualI had to have another shop redo their work and was told the gaskets were incorrectly installed.Venture Off Road also installed a Slip Yoke Eliminator as part of of the lift kit, several weeks later the transfer case would not shift, since I live out of state from where Venture Off Road is, I had another shop look at the problem. The decision was made to replace the transfer case instead of tearing it apart and rebuilding it due to the age of the Jeep. In the process it was discovered that there was a missing snap ring on the Slip Yoke Eliminator that Venture Off Road installed causing a bearing to move on the shaft, this is what caused the issue with the transfer case. There were a few other issues that Venture Off Road created.I attempted several time to contact Venture Off Road and wrote them a lengthy letter explaining the details to try to give them an opportunity to talk or do something about the terrible work they did but have not received any sort of response from them, all these repairs I had to have redone have cost me over *******.

    1/6/22 was the original purchase and installation of lights on my Range Rover Defender. The system has malfunctioned the entire time since. They have attempted to fix it 5 times. It has drained 2 batteries. They cant find the issue and refuse to refund my money.
