      Data Doctors transferred all the information on my old computer to my new one and everything works perfectly. I appreciated the speed with which it was done. I was only without my computer for one day. Thanks for a job well done.

      I gave an external hard drive to them at the beginning of May 2024 and was told it should be a "two week turn around" for the kind of service/payment I selected. Lack of communication from the technicians and dwindling hope made me realize that nothing productive had been done for *************************************** their services (customer and technical) so I requested to receive the hard drive back. I am thankful that I didn't give them a secondary hard drive to hopefully transfer the data, otherwise I am sure I wouldn't have received that back either because when I received the troublesome hard drive back it was out of its' case.i took it to another service where I was told that there were finger smudges and dust on the discs which leads me to believe that they did not operate in a clean, sterile, and de-oxygenated room/box (which is a standard practice for these types of repair services).

      Both technicians did a great job on scrubbing my old ****** Thinkpad and getting it back to me after one day. the price was very reasonable as well.
