1 starI would give zero stars if it was an option. I ordered 2 hybrid drivers for 2 of my boys for Christmas. We live in a climate where we have snow all winter. Both boys used the clubs once in April and then on the second time using both clubs broke. The warranty and customer service is a joke. In the end after way too much time and back and forth, we were told its misuse and therefore not covered under any warranty. They were never misused. Regardless clubs should last longer! Two times used and now we are out the clubs and the money. Save yourself the heartache and the money. Dont buy!!!Review fromJim C.

Purchased a set of PXG irons. After a couple of seasons use shaft on 2 irons snapped just below the grips. The shafts had this strange rod inside that was just short enough to end below the grips (exactly where the shafts snapped). Brought it to PXG attention and the rebuilt the clubs. Now this season another shaft snapped exactly the same location and I examined the other shafts. All are beginning to show cracks in the same location (just below the grips). Went back to PXG and now they say its wear and tear related and not under lifetime warranty. REALLY! What a bunch of jokers. They dont stand behind thier products and their products are just not up to snuff. This in NOT a premium brand. ******* brands stand behind their products. STAY AWAY from PXG equipment. Your hard earned money will just go down the drain.PXG

Bought PXG golf Clubs. I had them for a few weeks the driver started to peel. The factory store in ******* gave me a huge run around and then finally said that they denied the warranty because I must have dropped the driver. They wouldn't even give me a number to call for the warranty department they said it was just their decision. So after spending over $4000 on a complete set they just ruined my customer satisfaction. My advice is to stay awayPXG

PXG would not accept a return for a brand new, never used in box driver. I said I would pay the 12% restocking fee. The customer service was absolutely no help. Do not do business with them. Wasted 410 dollarsPXG

Went to PXG ***************. Got fitted by **** ordered full bag. Everything has been great. Went back this week to add to my wedges. Once again service was top shelf got what I needed PXG Experience has been great through all my visits and adjustments Thanks PXGPXG

Had a fitting and spent 2+ hours. I ordered a full bag. When I got the clubs in, I could feel immediately that they were too heavy. I have been in contact with the fitter and he wants me to come in to have them checked (1+ hour drive each way). Then, if adjustments need to be made, I have to send them back to the builder and wait for them to be adjusted all while running out of time to return ******* returns on bags and apparel. So, I have to keep a PXG Bag ($325) and Hat ($40). I have to pay shipping both ways ($130+$130). Then, when you get the underperforming clubs back you determine if I will be entitled to a max of 88% of what's left over from my original $4119.49 payment which would be about $3075.15. Again, it's going to cost me approximately $1044.34 because PXG didn't deliver the results that were expected. The clubs don't perform. I am not making estimates or wild claims. I have a Golf Sim, I can see the Data. I have tested them against my TM clubs. My TM P790 7iron carries a full club longer than the 0311P even though it has a weaker loft. The distance dispersion between the PXG 4 Iron, 3 Hybrid and 3 Wood is only 7 yards total. I have attached a picture of the dispersion data for the PXG to this email and can send more if needed. This is compared to my P790 4 iron that Carries around 200, M6 3 Hybrid carries around 215 and the M6 3 Wood carries around 225.I chose PXG because the owner is a fellow veteran and because the commercials make the technology seem worth the price. I served in the Army from *********, deployed to **** twice, and am also rated 100% disabled. It seems to me that this return policy is that in name only. Who in their right mind would pay $1000+ to basically test clubs and be forced to keep other gear that they don't need or want. So in the end it turns out that PXG is just another company ran by a billionaire that doesn't deliver on promises while the veteran/customer eats it.***** ***** Order **********PXG

PXG Gen5 makes a rattling sound inside I bought a new PXG Driver Gen5 last December. After a couple of months, rattle sounds were coming from the inside of Gen5 and I couldn't focus on my swing when it made a rattle sound.I've contacted the PXG customer service and warranty department but the only thing I heard back was -"There is nothing in the Gen5 head that could come loose other than a rubber washer that's on the driver s**** which would not effect any performance. If you are still hearing the rattle take your shaft off our club and shake the head till that rubber washer will come out of the hosel piece. The warranty request has been denied as the issue you are having is the rubber washer in the club head as described. Please take your driver head off the shaft and then angle the head so the washer falls out where the shaft would be inserted."I've tried several times to make the washer fall from the driver but could not even locate the washer. I don't even think this is the rubber washer. Even if this is the washer, how does the PXG not secure the process to ensure the washer is not falling off from the beginning?The customer service is not trying to solve the problem, they are just saying the same thing over and over.I'm so disappointed by the PXG product!!!PXG

I went to a fitting and told the guy I wanted the same shafts that I had in my gen 3 irons. He said I should be hitting heavier shafts. Went from a 95 stiff to a 115 stiff. He said if they didnt work I could send them in within 30 days and they would fix them for free. They were awful and I called for 5 days straight to pxg telling them. They told me watch your email for a return postage. Nothing??? Today I get a call from fitter saying it will cost me 416$ to change the shafts????? I ended up calling around and found someone locally to do it for 360$ the local pro said every other club maker would have done the fix immediately.PXG

I went to a fitting for a hybrid club at *************, after the fitting I decided to purchase the hybrid club and I asked ********** three times will My military discount and fitting fee be applied and ********** said yes. But, when I looked at my credit card statement the discounts were not applied. I contacted ********** and PXG which has my hero pricing profile online and was ignored and they canceled my order and kept my money so now I have to contact the attorney generals office. Price gouging is unacceptable and should not be used on military or minority customers!!!PXG

I ordered a gift card for my grandson for Christmas on 17 December. it didn't ship till 21 December. I could see if it were a set of clubs. Bottom line it didn't make it for Christmas, so I scrambled out to find a new gift. you guys have to do better, this is unacceptable.PXG
