    I think the customer service is terrible. I ordered a golf bag on November 27, 2023. On December 7 I received a call to pick a different color so it would be mailed out asap. Never received the bag or notification the order was canceled. I did receive a ball marker that I ordered. The cost was $7.50. Pxg did not credit the total amount and that ball marker now cost me $67.96 because of shipping and taxes. That is ridiculous. I could have ordered that on Amazon for less with next day free shipping. Very poor communications and customer service.

    3rd set of PXG, 1st fitting. Amazing fitting experience! The first time out with clubs I noticed my bad misses were gone. The good hits were good, the bad shots were much better.

    PXG does not stand behind its products. I have been a loyal customer for several years with irons, fairwoods, and a putter. The white line on the putter began to peel away after a few months of use due to a defect. PXG admitted that this was a defect and replaced the putter immediately. The new putter has the same defect and they will not repair it saying that it must have been damaged. This club is in pristine condition except for the defect. Any other major club brand stands behind their products but they wouldn't even let me speak to a manager about my issue. I thought I would be a PXG supporter for life but they have lost a customer forever and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. This lack of integrity will cost them way more than doing the right thing and just repairing my putter.

    First day testing out my PXG equipment the umbrella falls to the ground like a chicken lays an egg. So I attempt to tighten the bags upper loop only to realize it doesnt tighten.This means every time I golf I must worry about losing my $100 umbrella. Complaint got brushed off with: This has never happened before.Why should it matter if Im the first to complain? If its flawed its flawed.My order arrived mid-fall when winter around the corner. Yes, I golfed before the snow flew but 1 round isnt enough to evaluate.Once better weather arrived about every 3 trips to the course the umbrella continued to slip out which interferes with focus.So I complained again and Edina PXG offered a trade in. Unfortunately the umbrella loops on display for these lightweight bags just as loose as my original.DESPITE THE PXG AGENT AGREEING TO THIS FLAW I never got a refund.My only other option was to trade for a bigger bag that doesnt fit into my cars trunk.So if forced to keep my original bag I asked where am I supposed to store my umbrella?PXG had no answers.I asked why arent the umbrella loops in the lightweight bags designed the same as your bigger bags?PXG had no answers.I asked why am I (customer) accountable for a poorly designed product?PXG had no answers.PXG also kept saying my 1-month warranty expired even though I informed them BEFORE my warranty expired.Once again, no answers.So there you have it. I paid over $200 for a bag that cant secure umbrellas and PXG headquarters no solutions, no refund and doesnt care.Shame on you PXG!It should be a priority to help clients have the best possible golf experience, especially for the outrageous prices you charge!The local PXG rep did acknowledge my complaints to his cooperate bosses. But bottom line, Im stuck with a bag that cant hold an umbrella.These bags should be removed from their inventory or only sold to golfers who dont use umbrellas.

    Bought a club three weeks ago. Thee driver snapped in half after a drive. Called customer support said they would sell me a new driver but not compensate for the driver I bought 3 weeks ago. Dont buy from this company,

    Awful company that refused to help me with replacement clubs. 2 Clubs dented after just ONE time of use, and I took pictures of the dents and sent them to customer service. I hit the clubs off a golf mat, and this happened. Definitely look elsewhere. When I reported it to customer service, they told me the warranty department would not cover as I took them out to use already. Uhhh ok.so your clubs dent after using it once? Skip this company. They try to blame all these external factors like irons in the bag clanging (never had an issue with any other brand of clubs I had in the past). Their products are just obviously not made well. Customer service? What customer service? Awful experience and felt like I wasted hard earned money on low quality clubs. Dont make the same mistake I made and get all excited about their products only to come up with lemons for clubs.

    Been telling myself for a couple years now I was going to get fitted for some new golf clubs, and finally did it. Went and met up with ** at the ********** location and had one h*** of a great time. You could tell ** was a professional and ************ from the start and he accommodated me with lots of good information. ** was patient and also very thorough in making sure I got the right clubs specifically for my swing. I went from a 7-Iron going 170 yards to my new PXG 7-Iron going 205. Very happy I stopped in and got some new badass clubs.

    Purchased many, many clubs from PXG however customer service and warranty service is very poor. Just got new blade irons. After few rounds I noticed my 7 iron shaft was bent at the hosel. Went to the show room and got no help. After numerous calls, and sending pics I finally got PXG to repair my club. It was so much hassle trying to get one club repaired, I didnt even go into letting PXG check if my other irons have issues. After long run around, I am still waiting on my 7 iron. I am stuck with out a full set to play golf. And obviously PXG/ customer service does not care. No replacement or rental while my club is at PXG. All I get is lip service and I still dont have my 7 iron back. I got great service when I was ordering the irons at the fitting show room at ******* **. But no after service from PXG.

    **************** is absolutely the worst. 3 month old $250 putter and the head comes loose, they want me to find a box and send it to them. Then their builder will look at it and either fix or replace it. Meanwhile Im not able to play without a putter!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Why not send me same putter and Ill return mine in that box and if you can repair just send it back and Ill return other one? Ridiculous policy that is a s**** the customer policy. For an **************** to treat customers who have basically new clubs like this is a terrible practice. PERIOD! Ill never purchase PXG clubs again and the 20+ guys I play with feel the same. This policy will destroy sales in the *********** area because its going viral on social media. Oh and I even explained that Im 2 weeks from a ***************************** golf trip and 3 weeks from club match play. Ill have to go buy another putter just for that. Thanks for nothing PXG!!

    I will be a PXG customer for life. I was hesitant to jump on board due to the social media chatter and reputation I thought they had since entering the market. Well, was I proved wrong. Beyond the amazing fitting experience and equipment I have received, the customer service is top notch. Between social media interactions with the company, to my fitter personally reaching out to me and checking in on my new clubs, the entire experience is amazing. The community is unlike anything I have ever been a part of. I'll admit I was wrong, and they turned me to the "dark" side. Hope this helps anyone else who is on the edge of giving this company a try.
