    I've had a similar experience to ************** was fitted in ****** but ordered through our ******** Rep in ****************. Received the clubs last February and could only hit them indoors until April but did have the use of my neighbor's Trackman so the numbers were real. These clubs did not feel anything like the clubs I was fitted for. They were way too light, couldn't feel the clubhead, there were huge differences in gapping. I contacted the ******** Rep and expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for another fitting to see how it compared to the clubs I actually received. This was a useless exercise, not only did he not book sufficient time for me he was totally disinterested. He had me on trackman so I asked him to forward the report so I could compare it to my reports from hitting indoors. That was a wasted effort, he did not separate my swings from all the other swings he had that day. I had no idea which ones were mine and when I contacted the rep he never got back to me. These clubs were just so bad I put them away and brought out my old Taylormades until they were stolen. The PXG's still felt awful so I email PXG customer service and never heard back from them either. I was recently in ************ and decided to get these PXG's checked by a clubfitter and he discovered these clubs were not even close to the spec from my original fitting. The swing weight was C6 which he said was wrong for me before he even saw me swing, lie angle was up to 3 degrees off the 1 degree flat on the fitting sheet and the lofts on every iron were also out to the PXG std. spec by as much as 3 degrees. He was able to modify the irons and 3 wood but the Driver was too soft to do anything with. I contacted PXG customer service once again and outlined all these findings and again did not hear anything. The Palm Spring fitter has had several PXG customers come to him for the same reasons but most just put their clubs up for sale. Terrible manufacturing, fitters and customer service.

    This is the same response when I completed the PXG on line complaint form but never did hear anything from them. I expect this will end up on the pile to ignore after all we've got your money.

    Ordered a gen 4 driver this morning for 249. Started watching ******* videos and an ad popped up advertising the same driver for 189 AFTER I had just bought the club 10 minutes before. Called customer support to have them tell me there was nothing they could do. Very clearly false advertisement. Will not be using this company again and will make sure nobody I know does either. Stick with the big names. They would never falsely advertise and if they did they would have corrected the price for their mistake.

    Ordered two sets of clubs that hadnt shown up for a couple weeks, called and was put on hold for 20 minutes and was told they were waiting for one iron on back order before shipping. I asked when it was arriving and was told it could be weeks or could be months, no due date. Even ******* calls you if theyre not going to ship something. Clubs may be good but customer service is very poor

    Bought one hybrid club 9-2-22 and I still dont have the club and am told I wont receive until 9-19-22. 17 days is crazy. The customer service guy I spoke with was today could care less and was of no help no help in dealing with ***** who is supposed to be shipping club. They had no problem getting the money out of my account quickly their customer service is horrible! If I ever get the club I hope it is decent. Hope I dont have to report as fraud to get my money back and no club ever delivered. My first and last order from PXG. Need to work on your peoples customer service skills as they could care less about customers!

    The worst experience Ive ever had trying to purchase irons. I bought brand new from the fitter in ****** and it has been a circus act getting my clubs and now trying to get my refund for the clubs I didnt receive I love these irons but will never be purchasing through PXG themselves ever again. I read some reviews on here just now and I wish I saw this before because it looks like they are known for this.

    The fitting was terrible. Swing weights varied from a C6 to a D8. No consistency ************. No help from PXG. Bought Gen 4 0311P irons 4 -gap wedge. Paid **** for them. Won't even give them to an enemy. 3 months later went back to Titleist. Got the 6 strokes back on my handicap that I lost from PXG. don't get caught ** in all the hype. If a company has to advertise in every outlet, usually means that it is not what you think they are. You can get much better irons through Titleist, or Taylormade, with better support. Will never buy anything from them again

    THE worst customer service. After they take your money, they will not return calls, email updates, provide shipping ETA's or respond in anyway. Ads state clubs will ship in 3 - 7 days - total lie. Wish I had known how truly crappy they are. Buyers beware - do your research and stay away from this sorry a** company. **************** starts at the top - ********************** is supposed to be a veteran - very apparent he doesn't care about customers or his reputation - they just take your money and run. Actual rating is ZERO. Disgusted!****************

    They have great golf clubs but the customer service lacks tremendously, if the owner was 100% behind his customer service as he is his golf clubs what a company that would be. I bought clubs 10 months ago ,never did the fitter or the guy that scheduled the fitting call me back ,respond to a phone call message or text.

    Terrible **************** I ordered clubs about a month ago, I accidentally ordered two too many. I called immediately, within 30min of my order. I was told Id be refunded within 2-3 business days. Nothing, so I call again, and then I am told it could be ***** business days. Unacceptable, but alright we are now on business day 18 and multiple calls and emails later, and I still dont have a refund. I am floored a company can completely lie to their customers and still be in business.
