    I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased my clubs. Only a few weeks after I purchased a full set of Gen 4 clubs the price dropped $700 I emailed customer service and was told that it had been to long. I spent $2999 for the full set with everything included plus tax and shipping. I will continue to use my clubs but each time I am asked about them I unfortunately can't speak positively about my experience. You got me PXG but you also lost a salesforce. Instead of being told how good your clubs are they are being told **************. Good luck to you.

    Received an excellent fitting and experience. So much so that I purchased a set of irons and two wedges that day. Received clubs in 3 days. Excellent. However, PXG released a new design for the two wedges I purchased less than 2 weeks later. When I called to see about exchanging my new wedges for the new design (full face) I was denied the ability to exchange without paying the 15% restock fee by 3 different levels of employee (store, phone, and manager at HQ). I was finally ok'd by one of the corporate level individuals. I had to pay full price for the new wedges when ordered and was assured I would receive a full credit for my old wedges within **** days. After 13 days I called to complain because I had not received the promised credit. I found out they didn't process the refund for a full 7 days after I returned the original wedges. The fitters are great, the clubs are excellent, the customer service is horrid.
