make daamn sure you are clear on what you want addressed on your vehicle.. I took my 2022 hd silverado to get an oil change and fuel filter and walked out paying $322.07 for JUST an oil change.. **** ****** in aisle #7 said they were out of fuel filter and they would do a 30point inspection which is standard and should NOT be additional charge unless they tell which they don't .. *********** advisors are not there to help you.. they are only there to hussle you.. be very careful and again make sure before you leave your vehicle you know how much your gonna m pay or it's just an blank check and they will fill out what ever they want on it... Will not be coming back there!!

No one seems to care about my complaint. They will not honor their warranty. No one ever gets back to me. Terrible.

I highly recommend finding somewhere else to get auto parts. I ordered a part for my lexus then paid for the most expensive shipping option so it would be here soon. Long story short money was withdrawn from account and part is still not here 3 days past the date it showed for the shipping option. I reached out to autonation multiple times and no response back. **************** is despicable. I try to lookup my order with email address and order number and it tells me order does not exist. Be very cautious when deciding to do business with this company.

Hello.Today (Saturday, 5/20/23) I had my car serviced at Autonation Superstition Springs in **** *******. When my servicing was complete and I paid, the service person who attended me (***** was at lunch?) said there were a couple of places I needed to sign. The first one, he explained was to validate my using my **** card for payment. He then pointed to the bottom of a document of which its contents were covered by another paper. He urged me on. I then picked up the paper that was covering the document. The paper I had signed was a survey (CSI SSS SURVEY) that had already been filled in. The survey had filled in the highest possible rating for each category. I thought to myself, "he original intent and purpose of these surveys are to represent the customer's feelings or opinion about the service". I explained that I felt this was deceitful and an ethical violation of a survey's original intent..I spoke with both the service manager (in person) and **************, the ** (over the phone); both were very calm and courteous as they explained that I didn't understand my position or the specifics involved. The response from the general manager was "I'm sorry you feel that way" and pretty much tried to explain that what was being done was completely okay as he listed the reasons for it. Their intent was to communicate to me that what was being done was okay. Note: *********** manager said he was not aware that the survey questions and answers were not made visible (I had to lift off the covering paper myself to see what I'd signed). However, the ** did not mention that this was wrong although I did mention it to him, also. They're not my own answers,. it's not a reliable representation of customer feed back, ."Transparency," "Truth," and Visibility, when it comes to business ethics.Thank you,********
