    Hired service to take care of my yard. This was the first visit. -left debris in my pool. I do not have any plants, trees around that ever leave this level of debris in my pool. Owner told me its normal and thats what a skimmer us for. -left a lot of debris in my planters and other areas. Claimed he did the best he could because it was windy. And took a lot of debris away so it was ok what he left - **** aged I should be complimenting him instead of complaining -asked him to come back to clean things up and was told there was no need for that -indicates he has photos but never sent them

    First, we provide fantastic services @ a great rate for happy customers is what we do every day. In this case no repairs are needed, the complaint is a poor attempt for making invalid excuses for ****************** handing me a bad check @ completion. The actual story here is that all the work was completed, looking fantastic & inspected by ****************** & payment by check was then handed to me by ****************** with his signature on it, for the full amount of $364 @ completion of work. The maint part, trimming ect..was only $59 the other work ***** wanted total $364. The only problem is that he wrote a bad check, not cashable. There is no valid complaint.here, ****** is speaking of 10 ironwood leaves that blew in her pool on a windy day from an iron wood tree in the desert just outside her view fence & 2 Boogenvilla leaves in a pencil cactus. The work was all completed & property looked fantastic.
    The purpose of the her complaint is to validate ****************** signing a bad check & handing it to me @ completion of services, after he inspected everything & said thank you & shook my hand, 
    His check he signed for $364 is his promised to pay given to me by him after he inspected the work @ completion & he handed the bad check to me with a thank you, a smile & shook my hand. ***** got the work, promised to pay with a bad check he signed & his wife files a rediculous complaint to try to justify the theft of service by promising to pay @ completion by writing a bad check? In what world do these people live? 
    This is a rare case like this. All of my customers are great people & very happy & would be applauded @ this story which is why this is something we need to follow through with & will.
