      I went to SimonMed in ****** **. and asked the woman behind the counter if they take my insurance (gave my insurance card and she photocopied it) and they said they do, on good faith I had . I received a **** from SimonMed stating that my insurance denied coverage (out of network).I feel that I should not be responsible for this ****. I've spoken to 3 people (including a supervisor) on two occasions now about this. The 1st time they said that this is a "training issue" and to "disregard the ****". It's bad enough that they keep sending me a **** against their word, but they have been sending the **** to my parents house, AND I've updated my home address with them multiple times, yet they continue to change it back to my parents address who have opened the **** and called the ph#, and SimonMed gave information over the phone (a HIPPA violation complaint has been filed with the US **** of ******** The "best" that was offered was a 70% discount to make this problem go away.I'm curious how many others have had this same issue happen (false verification of insurance coverage in order to get business). The unauthorized changing of address for billing purposes to collect payment is another matter, a complaint for this with the **** has been filed.
