On February 3, 2017, BBB requested the business to substantiate, modify or discontinue claims made on the business Facebook page which state:
"We are the source of the best online financial offers, created and optimized in-house to make it easy for consumers to obtain financial services.

BBB contacted Blue Global Media regarding unfair business practice concerns, requested documentation providing detail of the business lead generation process and a response as to why the business requests consumers to purchase various money cards or use money exchange platforms such as MoneyGram or Western Union to receive loans. The business did not respond.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) provides consumers with tips regarding advance-fee loans, advising consumers to be cautious of:
•“A lender who isn’t interested in your credit history.
•Fees that aren't disclosed clearly or prominently.
•A loan that is offered by phone.
•A lender who uses a copy-cat or wanna-be name.
•A lender who is not registered in your state.
•A lender who asks you to wire money or pay an individual.”
