    On November 25, I contacted Prestige Auto Restyling to inquire about their auto wrapping service. The CEO, ******** *******, responded to the inquiry. After learning about the cars, ******* agreed to wrap (2) vehicles for the price of $1800. ******** ******* promised he could get the material delivered in a couple of days and get the job done for one (1) car the same day. The colors were chosen. ******** requested that half of the payment was needed so that the material could be ordered. Confirming the cost and service deliverance, a deposit of $900 was made on November 29. ******** ******* stated that I would receive a link to the tracking so that I could track the material. On November 30th, we agreed to meet at the auto shop to look at the second car however, he was not available. On December 1st, ******** ******* was not communicating with me so I called him. He answered and stated that the order was canceled because it will not be here in time as promised. He did not ask me whether or not I wanted the order canceled. He also never sent the tracking information. On December 6th, he suggested we get material that is ready to work with. I felt obligated to work with him because I had already made a deposit. I then chose a color available. At the cashier counter, he stated that he could not pay for the material. I stated that I had already made a deposit that should cover this cost. I asked him for a refund. He refused. I am extremely unsatisfied with the moral of ******** ******* of Prestige Auto Restyling toward customers. There is a lack of communication and transparency with this business. I cannot trust the business or the CEO. I am asking that my deposit is refunded immediately as there was no service rendered as promised. This business needs to be seized immediately because this is a scam. ******** ******* of Prestige Auto Restyling keeps his customers deposits without completing the service as agreed upon.
