    23rd November 2022. PAID $1,300.00AUD for items purchased from Bradfords Auction Gallery online auction held on the 18th November. Received no contact from their "preferred shipper" - ********************, for 2 wks, Contacted Bradfords.They prompted Westside to send me a quote.Quote was nearly $200.00AUD !! for shipping to ***- Items TOTAL Weight - ****** lb !!! Requested Bradfords ask Westside to check quote calculations - Came back the same. Advised Bradfords that I would like to exercise my right to arrange my own shipping,Particularly since I had found out that Westside had DOUBLED the TRUE insurance amount in my quote. Stating that this was unethical and on principle I would not use ********************.15th NOVEMBER Bradfords replied with contact details of local *** store and stated they would be happy to drop items at *** store for me, it is only "up the road" and BRADFORDS STILL HAD MY ITEMS IN THEIR POSESSION. ( I have an email from "*********** " at Bradfords showing arrangements we had made) He made no aknowledgement regarding the mention of westside doubling the insurance amount.16TH NOVEMBER - I organised quote from *** store - and Emailed "*********** " same... AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS SINCE FROM EITHER THE ORIGINAL EMAIL OR THE "OWNERS " EMAIL ( who I contacted on the 30TH DECEMBER requesting he please look into what was going on) WESTSIDE MAIL CENTRE have sent me 2 x requests for payment of original invoice in the last few days. I have responded that Bradfords still have my items, but I have been unable to get a response from them. WESTSIDE have replied that they have my items and I need to pay !! I asked them x 2 on what date My items got there ?? As I was dealing with *** store now UNDER BRADFORDS advice.********'s OWNER ******************* has emailed me that they picked up my items between 21st November and 5TH of December..AND my Items NOW WEIGH 1.8 lbs !! Justifying their ridiculous quote with multiple lies.
