    Our school's National Junior ************************* ordered t-shirts from Saguaro Screen Printing in February of 2022. We have ordered from them for several years and been very happy with the results. The invoice was paid in full, $186.62, and we waited for our shirts. I reached out to ***** in April and was told that there was a delay because they were waiting for shirts to be able to screen print on them. She said she would contact me when they were ready. In mid-May, I contacted ***** again since school was almost out for the summer, and I was told there was still a delay. I gave ***** and the company my phone number and home email address so they could contact me when the shirts were ready. In late ********** contacted me to let me know the shirts were ready. I replied that I would pick them up around 9:30 am on Friday, June 24, 2022. I went to their store location, rang the bell, and got no reply. I called and left a voice message saying I was outside their business to pick up the shirts. I waited for 30 minutes, called again, and said I would pick them up the next week to let me know what day/time would work. It is now November, we still have no shirts, we have not received any communication, and the kids are really disappointed. I am frustrated and disgusted that a company I have done business with for several years - even during COVID - would be so disrespectful to kids!! I teach my students that your word is important, and that you follow through on your promises and obligations. It would be nice if adults followed those principles as well.

    I am a paramedic for a large, well known company in the valley and I do not have their permission to advertise their name. However, recently a group of us purchased shirts, hats, and sweaters in March of 2022 from a local company by the name of Saguaro Screen Printing. The print on the merchandise was to represent our base, city and company but not the company logo. The company had given us permission to do this but we were to refrain from using the official logo. As a group we purchased $740.64 in product. Weeks went by and the company never called us with our items. I reached out several times with no return calls, left messages and at least twice was informed they were in the process of being completed. Eventually, I drove out to their store to find the property manager changing locks on the doors. Apparently they vacated the premises overnight and left owing the property manager money as well as many customers in limbo. Please help me to recuperate our money and hopefully that of others that used their "service". We are frustrated that while trying to support a small business we in turn lost our hard earned money. I have receipts of all our orders and pictures of the premises after they vacated. I appreciate any effort made to help resolve our issue. Thank you.

    On May 12, 2022 I purchased hoodie and long sleeve shirts for school soccer. There has been no contact from Sagurao Screen Printing. They have not returned any calls and their office space is empty.
