      Came out and misdiagnosed problem. Charged $580 for repair that didnt fix the issue as they stated it would. Refused refund that was requested as they say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Would not use or recommend their company.

      Our tech was very professional and answered all my questions. He check the ducting and the unit. He also did me a favor by installing a new filter I had. Most importantly he was on time.

      *****, the a/c technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issues with the the air conditioner in a way that was understandable and answered all our questions thoughtfully. He provided all our options in a way that we were able to navigate out way to a correct and financial decision. ***** presented himself as honest and forthright. Excellent job
