  The technician that serviced our heater was wonderful. He was quick and professional. We had to order a part for our heater and we were told we would receive a phone call as soon as it was in. We called four days later to check the status and we were informed that the part was not even ordered yet and we would receive a phone call update for an ETA. We had to call back to get information two days later. It turns out the part did come in the Friday I called but the parts manager went home without informing anyone so we had to go through the weekend without heat. We called on Monday and we were told we would be a priority with an appointment time between 1 and 5. The technician called at 4:30 to inform us *************** was closed so we could not get our heater fixed until the next morning. After we finally got it fixed, I spoke with *******, who was kind and followed up on her word to call us back. She said she would speak to the manager about our poor experience. She relayed the information to us that the manager would give us a (laughable) refund amount but it was ***************'s fault. I guess he was too cowardly to even speak with us or give us any kind of apology for events that were clearly Pitzer's poor professionalism.

  One Hour is a scammer. DO NOT use them. I called to have them look at my heater which was not working. The tech looked at my unit and told me it was to old and could not be repaired. He suggested some parts could be replaced but would not guarantee it would work and suggested we make an appointment with a sales rep to buy a new unit. Repairs and/or new unit would cost ***** to ******.. I paid for the service charge of *****. I called another company a few days later. They looked at unit and said it looked fine. They looked at thermostat and said it was wired wrong. They adjusted the wires and unit worked fine. I've been trying to get my ***** back but because they came out for a service, they will not refund my money. They scammed me and was hoping I would buy a new unit from them. Yes they came out for a service, but did not service my perfectly fine unit. Instead tried to rip me off for several thousand dollars. Do NOT used them unless you want to throw your money out the window!

  Super happy bought new hvac system their customer ********************** is excellent if you have a problem you just simply call and they fix it Plus if you're a veteran They have a maintenance service to remind you for your summer and Winter checks

  I needed a complete re pipe of my mobile home. I called Benjamin Franklin, and they sent ********************* and ****** to give an estimate. I excepted the estimate, and they started work the next day. The day after that they were done. **** and ****** were courteous, professional and friendly. With a complete re pipe, I will probably never need another plumber but if I ever do I know who to call.

  On Nov. 21, my renter informed me of a leaky faucet in spare bathroom he did not know what to do so I told him to contact a plumber I live in ******** Arizona and the rental property is in **************** Arizona and in over 20 years I never used a plumber before. My renter contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing they contacted me and told me there would be a ***** service fee and I agreed to that and they would contact me with an estmate. I got a text that technician was on his way but I never recieved a estimate . My renter called me on the 30th of Nov. that thy installed 2 shut off valves at ****** each and a lavatory faucet for ****** with the ***** servive fee the bill came to $1452.00 if I would have known that I would have drove there and fixed it myself having other rental properties through my life I could have replaced it if I would have known how much it was. Two valves and a faucet and two flex lines would have costed about $200.00. By not being aware of the costs of repairs I feel I was taken advantage of and the best way to resolve this is for them to take out their parts and I will fix the problem and will pay their ***** service fee. I have given them 1 star for showing up!
