      I appreciated the prompt & professional service we received when our A/C unit decided to quit working @ 110 degrees. I was under the weather and the extra heat in the house didn't help. ***, the technician was courteous, efficient & informative and got our unit working again (the same day we called I might add). I definitely recommend Phoenix Air Department.

      Of course in the worst summer in a long time my fan motor went out in an AC unit. *** ******** was amazing. From the first interaction with the office until the tech got here at 6 pm. After a long hot day and he was still pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. I will be calling when I replace the units. Thanks ***** for exceptional service.
