    Slow service, poor communication.I had a check engine light come on for a code from part of the emissions system, so I took it here hoping they could clean the *** valve and DPF on my foreign diesel. I also asked for some basic routine services. They also told me that I needed an engine mount so I said go ahead and do it. Another mechanic doesn't agree after I got a second opinion though...The prices seemed fair, but I never found out if the price reflected the quality of the work or not since I waited over a week while my car collected dust in their yard with no work being performed. They did a "diagnosis" within a day or two, but at this point, that's not very impressive. The computer tells you what's wrong with most things these days, and I had already handed them the answer in the first place.Anyway, I had to just take my car back in the end so I could get it serviced elsewhere in a reasonable amount of time.

    I really like this business. ****** is the person that helped me. I have a 31 ft RV Class C motor home and you know not everyone works on them or has the equipment to work on them. After talking with ****** on the phone I knew he was experienced with this vehicle.I called him one day and it was an emergency. I had to take this rig up hiway 87 to Payson from Mesa. Brakes didn't feel or sound right. ****** got me in that day and the bad sound was brakes metal to metal. I needed work bad. He got it done that day and checked my fluids. That old Forest River motorhome did those 7% declines and uphill grades like a dream.One thing he didn't do was test drive it. No danger to me but scared me. I got off the 202 and looked in the mirror and the brakes were smoking. I called ****** and right away he told me and apologized for not test driving the oil off the brakes. ****** thank you and I REALLY appreciate your professionalism, courtesy and the military discount. Not everyone respects the military discount.
