    Trusted auto is giving out bad rentals for rideshare. They are overpriced compared to hertz and ***** The cars are 2008 prius that have been in major accidents and unsafe and dangerous to be on the road.

    I started leasing a 2009 Prius in October 2023, recently. At the time of pick up for the Prius I was not given ALL of my options such as a later model vehicle. I am paying $320.00 per week for a vehicle that check engine light comes on once driven a long distance or has been being utilized a lot. This is a rideshare vehicle/company the purpose of leasing the vehicle is for it to be driven a lot, it's utilized for Uber and other independent contracting companies/usage. The $320.00 per week is based off of my driving record it is the lowest rate available, however, I was given one of the oldest models of vehicles. There should be certain tiers in which a customer is leased vehicles- at the time of pick up ***** only gave me two vehicles to look at, both vehicles were old and the interior was/is not in the best condition. I wasn't able to come in until on a Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. so I didn't have time to choose a different rideshare company. Since I have now learned there are newer model vehicles available I would like a later model not one that is clinking and clanking during transport of my rideshare passengers, it is embarrassing. Furthermore, I am paying $320.00 per week with a good driving record, I shouldn't be hear anything. I've tried to speak with management, **** who is in the shop and he didn't comply to my request of a later model. I emailed *** who is also in house management and I haven't heard from her at all.
