  After begging me for over a year to join them, promising $35/hour and long-term stability, I finally accepted. I worked my a** off for 6 monthsdedicated, reliable, and constantly stepping up when others fell short. Out of nowhere, they told me my position was no longer available. No notice, no transition, just cut loose like I never mattered. Then, insult to injurythey reposted my exact job with the same pay immediately after firing me. So lets be realthey didnt eliminate the position, they just didnt want to keep their word.They lied to others, claiming they didnt want to pay me what they originally offered. This is how they operatedeceptive, two-faced, and unprofessional from the top down.The manager? Emotionally unstable, microdosing shrooms just to keep it together. They hand out beers during work hours like its normal. Its not. Leadership is erratic, disorganized, and more focused on image than integrity.Theyll keep you in the dark on major decisions, pick favorites only to turn on them, and bully people out when it suits them. If the company starts losing money, instead of fixing problems, they blow it at casinos while the rest of the team grinds harder to cover the slack.Sure, they buy lunch on Mondays and Fridaysbut theres no PTO, no health insurance, and zero job security. Is a sandwich worth being used and tossed aside?Bottom line: this place is toxic, unstable, and run by people who care more about saving face than supporting their team. Dont fall for the hype. Youll regret it like I did.

  Unorganized, operated scammers. You have to be signed up to do rideshares but they will rent you a car that is to old to do rideshares and you can't trade the car you first pick. Their roadside assistance is the biggest joke out there. My brakes went out on a Friday night and they were closed for a 3 day weekend, but it still took them 2 and a half days to come get the car for repairs. After they came a finally picked up the car to get fixed they terminated my lease with them because I couldn't pay my weekly rental fee even though I couldn't safely use the car to make my paycheck by delivering instead of rideshare. Did I mention they rented me a car that was to old to qualify for rideshares. I had to work my but off and was barely making 500 a week with deliveries and my rental fee was 345 and the rest went to gas. If the car was up to date for rideshares then it would not have been a problem, but the week it took them to get the car to fix the brakes and then to terminate my lease because of payment issues due to the brakes not working was unexcusable and just down right rude and horrible business ethics. Almost forgot to mention that when I first picked up the car and made the first payment, they said that they didn't give change and that they would credit me what I paid over. I didn't get that credit applied to my account either. I give e AZ trusted auto two thumbs down and wish I had never came across this company of scammers. They were the worst company I have ever done business with. If you're thinking of working with these guys by renting from them, please heed this warning and don't waist your time and money on them. You will regret it if you do.
