    Im reaching out because Im really frustrated with how things turned out with my rental. I rented the car for six months, but two weeks before the reservation was up, **** ***** took the car without notice. He said it was because of ****** toll issues and that the car had been towed, but I know I had an active ****** the whole time. He also mentioned he was on a cruise and needed OnStar to locate the car, which doesnt make much sense because Im sure the car has tracking. At this point, I still dont know where the car is, and to make things worse, my stuff is still inside. On top of that, I was overcharged, even though I didnt have the car for the full rental period. This whole situation has been really upsetting, and I need this resolved ASAP. Im asking for: 1. A refund for the time I couldnt use the car. 2. My belongings returned immediately. 3. An explanation of what happened and why the car was taken early. 4. Compensation for the trouble this has caused me.

    Rented a car from this company Feb 13th @ 11AM and were supposed to have it until Feb 15th at 11AM. The owner messaged ** at 11pm on Feb 14th and requested to pick the car up later that night (11 hours earlier than the rental agreement time) and agreed to refund half a day off the rental time but did not hold up his end of the agreement. He picked the car up early and we told him there was no need for further communication. The owner has continued to send text messages from different numbers despite being asked not to contact us further. We have tried blocking his number but he just uses a different phone.
