    Its not a complaint I just noticed that theres an ongoing charge that Id like to cancel. My original email ********************* is no longer active. Id like to cancel. Again its not a complaint.i dont even need a refund just to stop the ongoing payments Thank you!

    I initially approached Trademark Elite, The Ideas Law Firm of *****, **, in July 2022, to file a trademark on a vintage rock recording band The Gray Things. A lawyer named ******************************* was assigned to us. From the beginning I started having doubts that ************************ had ever filed a case like this before or that she knew best how to file for a band trademark. For one, I was never afforded even one phone consultation and after a few emails they were done with us. The final case ************************ prepared was weak and left out what we felt were important facts about continuous usage of the band name. It seemed like she did it in a hurry because of some 80 other filings she was working on. It seemed like assembly line filing. We paid a fee of $349 for them to prepare the case. I acknowledge that attorney time can be expensive so were not asking for that money to be refunded. Im sure what happened was that for the money they decided they werent going to spend any more time in revising parts of the case to strengthen it. In this way Customer Satisfaction to them was not an issue. In the end as the client we never received what we expected, a trademark filing. While we paid the $349, I withheld the filing fee to assure that we were satisfied Ms. *********** work which we werent. Trademark Elites problem is communication and letting the client know whats going on with their case. Im willing to drop my complaint, cease writing negative reviews and pay the filing fee as we originally agreed once ************************ strengthens our case with more facts and files the paperwork with the government.
