      The guys at drivetime are professional and treated us like family. The entire process of buying our Hyndai Sonata took less than 2 hours. I would definayely recommend them to anyone looking to get a newer used vehicle.

      Same day I brought the car I had to get work done on it I dont prefer this place I wish I can give the car back since I got the car its been giving me trouble

We deeply apologize for any mechanical concern our customer has experienced shortly after purchase. We want to assure our customer that all pre-owned vehicles sold from DriveTime are inspected before placing them on our lots. Since we are unable to predict if or when mechanical malfunctions might arise, every vehicle comes with a 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty, along with an optional *************** Contract that offers assistance in most situations. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). We are saddened to hear our customer is dissatisfied with our **********************.       The experience was great ****** was an awesome sales person. She made the process easy and smooth. She went through and explained everything about the vehicle and coverage with a nice attitude. I would recommend her to anyone going to purchase from drivetime.

      ******* was my sales associate and she made getting into a new car so easy! I literally handed requested documents in to her and she did the rest. Very quick process and Im so happy with my purchase and car note price, which is rare! I would highly recommend drive time and ******* was an amazing help to me that day! Love this place

      Our experience with drivetime was awesome, the sales reps were very helpful and friendly, they treated us with respect and helped us get my wife the van she has always wanted. I would recommend drivetime to anyone who may want a new car.

      Unsatisfied with what is advertised, says what I am approved for and it shows my down payment and monthly payment when I applied it was not the same price as my monthly and they did ask for a higher down payment.
