      This place is horrible! They prey on people! They claim to have the best car inspection and let me drive off the lot with a vehicle with a cut protection bumper and a hole in the radiator! The bumper issue was so bad the shop they sent me to get it fixed wouldnt let me even drive off the lot to return the car because of the severe safety concerns. They refused to fix anything that they were told needed to be fixed under the warranty, stating it had to fail, not just have the potential to fail, until they were out of the time line, then told me I was responsible because i knew it was an issue! And that I was responsible for 25k of the 30k to fix the car! BEWARE! READ REVIEWS ON THEIR PAGES THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU GIVE THEM THE CHANCE.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention; we always appreciate the opportunity to address our customers concerns. We deeply apologize for any mechanical and cosmetic concerns our customer has experienced with their vehicle. We want to assure our customers that each of our vehicles is inspected before transporting them to the sales lots in an effort to avoid situations such as these. However, due to the nature of pre-owned vehicles, we are unable to predict when vehicle concerns arise after purchase. For this reason, each vehicle includes an initial 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty for mechanical failures, in addition to an optional *************** Contract that we offer at the time of sale for purchase as a safety net for our customers. Repairs such as a bumper are considered cosmetic and would not be covered under either coverage. We also offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP) that allows our customers the opportunity to get comfortable with their purchase and contract terms. If they are not pleased, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days or choose to remove the ancillary products from their contract (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we are saddened to hear our customer is dissatisfied with our ********************** and for any inconvenience this caused. If our customer wishes to discuss their concerns directly with us, we encourage them to contact our Customer ******************** at **************.

      *********************** in ************, ** was absolutely wonderful. He got ** approved and made the whole process painless. The other employees were also extremely nice and helpful. Definitely would go there if we are ready for another vehicle and already recommended them to my son, who will be a first time car buyer.

      The *** was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a car that fit my needs. He also understood that I was time sensitive and made sure that I got out of there on time for work. Everything was great. I have no complaints. His name is ***********************. Give that man a raise! I am super pleased! .

      I purchased a 2010 Buick Lacrosse in November of 2020. The first problem started on the third day of having the car. The radio stopped working and the car had no sound even with my turn signals on, which is a driving hazard. I took the car to Buick to check the issue and the mechanic stated, I had an electrical problem with the vehicle. He stated, GMC does not make the amplifier for the car anymore and that I would have to purchase it on my own, but they would install for $500 dollars. I made an appointment to speak with a drivetime manager about the car having too many problems. The manager authored an email to customer relations stating, the problems I experienced, but customer relations declined to help me with any matter. I have fixed over six or seven key issues with the vehicle. Silver rock helped with reimbursements and did not compensate me for all the uber costs I had to endure while the car was in the shop. So far, I have replaced the catalytic converter three times, serpentine belt, water pump, wheel hub bearing, and here lately my fans are running in the car intermittently which the mechanic states I have checked all other issues, and everything check out. The mechanic informed me today 08/06/2022 that he advises I take the car to an electrical shop because there is an electrical shortage somewhere. I have sent countless months trying to keep up with all the repairs and try and make my car payments on time. I have put more money on repairs than on the principle of the car and it is not paying down my loan. At this point I cannot afford to pay for electrical problems with this vehicle as it must go back to Buick. I am unable to afford the cost of the dealer and per my warranty SilverRock will not be able to assist. This is unacceptable as I am unable to get to places, I need to go or get my daughter to her games and job. So, I will be voluntary surrendering the car since I have tried to ask for a different vehicle and drivetime customer rela

      The process of buying a car was very easy! **** was super nice and very knowledgeable. I liked the fact that they were not pushy like your normal car salesman.
