      You sold me a car with bad brakes and bad alignment, the rotors were warped the crappy warranty ** only approved the rotors and said put the old pads on even thought the mechanics advised against it , I had to pay for the pads. Mind you it is illegal to sell a car with bad breaks. I can't get reimbursed for that so I will go to the dmv investigation and the attorney General if that fails I will get a lawyer

We are deeply sorry for any brake concerns our customer experienced after purchase. Please know that DriveTime strives to provide reliable, affordable automobiles to all of our customers. It's important to keep in mind that all our pre-owned vehicles are inspected before placing them on our lots. With them being pre-owned, we are unable to predict when future repairs may be needed. For this reason, we provide a Limited Warranty (LW) for mechanical failures within the first 30 days/1,500 miles that would cover repairs such as brakes. We also have an optional *************** Contract (VSC) to assist in most situations there-after. For a covered repair to be approved, the repair facility has to provide proof of failure to SilverRock, our warranty partner. We also offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP) that allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase and contract terms. If they are not pleased, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we are saddened to hear our customer is dissatisfied with our **********************. If our customer wishes to discuss their concerns directly with us, we encourage them to contact our Customer ******************** at **************.

      I do not have a complaint about my vehicle that I purchased. My complaint is the extended warranty that they push on their customers that is not needed. And, I was told by my sale rep that as long as I cancel before my 1st payment was due, that my car payments would be adjusted to reflect that I cancelled the extended warranty. So, that is exactly what I did. I cancelled my extended warranty and contacted DriveTime to have my car payment adjusted (lowered) since I no longer had the extended warranty. I was told by DriveTime customer service that my payment would NOT be adjusted because I had entered a contract to purchase the extended warranty. I explained to them that my sales person told me that I could cancel before my 1st payment was due and that my car payment would be adjusted to show that I cancelled the extended warranty. I was told again by DriveTime customer service that I entered a contract to purchase the extended warranty and that I never should have purchased it if I were going to cancel it. And, that there was nothing that they could do. Word of advice--'Do Not Purchase the Extended Warranty or any of the other products they pressure you to purchase along with your vehicle. And, if your sale rep tells you that you can cancel and have your payments adjusted, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!

While purchasing these ancillary products is always encouraged due to the safety net they provide in various situations, we make it a point to ensure complete transparency when it comes to our optional add-ons. One of which ways that we strive to accomplish this goal is by providing an optional product disclosure at the time of sale. This disclosure details all the optional items available and is designed to aid our customers in distinguishing from those that are mandatory. We also offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP) that allows our customers the opportunity to get comfortable with their purchase and contract terms. If they are not pleased, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days or choose to remove the ancillary products from their contract (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays).       This was my second vehicle purchase from DriveTime and they are the only ones I will continue to use. I had an amazing experience with ******. He took lots of time with me to help me decide on a vehicle. He is a great asset to this organization, as are the other staff members. The purchasing process was painless. I was very pleased with my choice and am now driving a 2018 ********** Jetta. I highly recommend all the staff there at *********** ** DriveTime as they go above and beyond selling you a car.

      I bought my car 2 months ago from the south blvd location. All employees were very helpful, but my car has had a check engine light on for a month (no one can figure out the problem), and Ive already put in almost 400$ to fix the vehicle. I am very upset, I pay over 500$ a month for this vehicle and cant afford all the repairs Im having to do.

We want to assure our customers that all our pre-owned vehicles are inspected before transporting them to the sales lots in an effort to prevent mechanical issues. Should something occur after the vehicle leaves the lot, every vehicle comes with a 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty for mechanical failures. It is important to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customer's cost of ownership.
