Although they provided us with positive content their rating didn't match their feedback.       This is the second issue we've had with his car. The first time, we filed a complaint with the BBB and had to take it to the shop for repairs. It was less than a week after getting it from the car lot that we faced issues. Now, we're experiencing the same problem again; it won't shift properly and can't go over 70 mph. We're paying hundreds of dollars each month for full coverage, and this ongoing trouble is very frustrating.

We regret to hear of any mechanical concerns our customer has experienced and the frustrations this caused. Please know that we make every effort to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles before transporting them to our sales lots. However, since our vehicles are pre-owned, we are unable to predict exactly if or when these issues may arise. For this reason, we provide a 30-day, 1,500-mile warranty and offer our customers the option to purchase an additional protection plan. It is important for our customers to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customers cost of ownership. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we apologize once more for our customer's dissatisfaction with our **********************.       Friendly, but not even 12 hours after I left the dealership, my check engine light came on. I went by a parts store and the code came back as fuel injectors. I called the dealership and they said theres nothing they can do and to call the company that handles their limited warranties. I called them and they told me I have to set up an appt at one of their approved shops for them to run an hour diagnostic, then they will see if they can cover repairs. I also had to make the appt a couple days out. So now waiting to have my newly purchased car in the shop. I feel as though they were very dishonest. They had to have cleared the code just long enough for me to leave with the vehicle and it come on again.

      I purchased a vehicle on the 26th of April just to be back at square one when I walked in looking for a vehicle. My vehicle has only been driven maybe 200 miles in the first 45 days and because I have reached my 30 day limit I have to go through *********, the warrent company, to get my vehicle fixed. I had a great time talking with Mr **** through the process of purchasing but the vehicle is s*** Drive Time does just enough to their vehicles to last passed their 30 days then the real colors come about. This was my first and my last time with any of their lots. I will take my chances purchasing off FB before I go to them again.

      First I would like to address the atmosphere was warming. Now lets talk about the associate ****** he was top tier and very I mean very phenomenal his customer service was above and beyond and his greeting was amazing from the time I confirmed my appointment until the time I left I strongly recommend sending friends and family to this establishment.

      I went to Drive time and was skeptical. My other truck was reposted last month. Young lady named Serenity called me . I told her my situation, she said come in . I left in a nice suv with low miles with a monthly payment I can afford. The whole staff was nice .
