      Purchased my **** focus a little under 8 months ago. Car started giving off a code and shut off while I was driving. Got it towed due to it not starting. Did a diagnostics through their Silverrock warranty, the mechanic found one issue being the purge valve , but mentioned there was others he couldnt figure out. Because the part wasnt covered under the warranty, I was stuck with the diagnostics fee plus the out of pocket cost for the new part. Understandable. Its a used car and parts wear out. Car still had issues after replacing part , would start but then die immediately after putting into Drive. Didnt want to take no more chances so I took it to Performance ****. After about a week and some change they finally diagnosed it , *** (battery control module) needed to be replaced , along with the battery . Add 2500+ pending repair charge. I get a call today and theyre stating there was another issue that would add on another $350 , and that they still need to run another diagnostics , cause the car is giving off transmission codes. I purchased the car only having ****** miles on it, thinking it would last , but seems to be a very bad investment after all. Silverrock or Drive time , consider adding battery and a major repair like the *** Im dealing with to your coverage. There should be no reason people should have to be dealing with a repair bill for a car they havent even owned for a full calendar year.

Please know that we make every effort to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles before transporting them to our sales lots. However, since our vehicles are pre-owned, we are unable to predict exactly if or when these issues may arise. For this reason, we provide a 30-day, 1,500-mile warranty and offer our customers the option to purchase an additional protection plan. It is important for our customers to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customers cost of ownership. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we apologize once more for our customer's dissatisfaction with our **********************.       I purchased a vehicle from the *************** location in October of 2023. At first glance it seems like a decently priced car with no issues although a late model vehicle that had been previously owned. I used to drive time because I had some credit challenges and my husband was unemployed and we needed a vehicle. The sales *** was very helpful however one month after I purchased the vehicle the car started acting up and I had spent $4,500 on the extended warranty at time of purchase so they said take it to an approved dealer and the part and process would be fully covered under the warranty that I purchased. That was not true that service alone cost me $1,700. Fast forward to now and the vehicle has had several major issues that their warranty does not cover ever it's a worthless warranty that's very expensive also in looking at trading the vehicle in all these extra charges that they added on to this purchase put me $7,000 upside down in this vehicle. Now mind you this is a 2014 model so no one wants this car as it's too old. So now I'm stuck paying on a 4-year loan for a vehicle that is not worth what I owe because of all these extra charges. Buyer beware even with credit challenges you might likely be upside down in a vehicle you're better off to go with *********** financing if you have credit challenges at least they have a fair product pricing and you know exactly how much you're going to be spending. And you can likely qualify for a newer vehicle that won't put you upside down a year and a half into your contract. Plus they add additional things like GPS which you don't need if you have gap insurance that was five or six hundred dollars that I didn't realize they put on my purchase price. Very dissatisfied customer avoid ********************** it all expense.

      Worst experience purchasing a vehicle. Purchased a 2013 Ram 1500, the vehicle is going in out of repair shops every other week. Currently at its 4th repair shop. Ive driven the vehicle less than 300 miles and owned less than 40 days. Still seeking a way out of this mess with the bank and drivetime.

      i do not tolerate waste! I had the best experience buying a car from DriveTime. What they said in their ads is true and they follw through with it. When you walk in you feel welcome. my Rep(Del), put customer service on display. He went through every effort to make my buying process easy.

      Went there looking for car for wife to go to work in and I have horrible credit and was able to choose any car or truck on lot with No problem and interest rate was lower than expected. Our salesperson Bayleigh was great went obove and beyond our expectations.
