In September 2024, BBB investigated Postwar Garage LLC's business practices. This investigation was prompted by the nature of the complaint received by BBB. The consumer alleged through their report to BBB that the business failed to honor the quoted price and failed to complete the job after receiving the payment.
Additionally, BBB was unable to verify a license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
On September 16, 2024, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry through email and postal mail, to request the following information:
- A copy of the business’ Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) license or proof of exemption;
- The current process in place to do follow-ups with consumers and active projects;
- The current contact information for the business, including a phone number and email consumers can call and message for assistance'
As of September 26, 2024, the business has not responded to BBB's request.
