      I went on the website and bought some anointing oil . They advertise as a metaphysical store where their products are charged with Reiki. according to their website page, www.katesmagik.com/pages/reiki , "Reiki is a Japanese healing method that draws from universal healing energy to promote wellness, balance and harmony for the body". What I experienced was opposite of what was advertised . I applied the oil on my hands, forehead and chest. After a few minutes , my face was hot , red all over, I felt numb , and my entire body was in pain, cramps occurred out of nowhere all within 5 minutes of using .I could hardly move. This is not an allergic reaction. Only my entire face was red. my hands and chest where I applied there was no redness. There is no way that regular oil applied externally can simply do all this damage internally. There is false advertising, Their products are dangerous and pose a serious health risk . They should not continue operating .Reiki is not a physical ingredient that can be seen , but they are adding this to their aromatherapy products. This is what makes it a health concern as results are unknown and I am upset about the deceiving advertising. I have uploaded receipt as proof of purchase.
      They should be shut down.

      Please know that we are very sorry to hear that you have had such a challenging experience!  


      We have never received a complaint of such magnitude or that our oils have caused demonic possession. We have been in business for over twenty years. Our oils are made with loving hands and generally described to have a very high vibration, due to the deep care we put into them. In the last 10 years, we have sold over 20,000 bottles each of Isis & Rebirth and Venus Anointing Oil with no complaints. Most of the reviews we receive are detailing customer's positive experience with our oils. 


      Kate's Magik is a small business offering hand-made aromatherapy blends.  We control every part of the production of our products and each blend is made with 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils and infused with Reiki - positive, loving, universal energy.  All of our ingredients are natural, plant based materials.  Rarely, customers with skin sensitivities may experience a reaction to a certain essential oil. Specifically, the dilution % (essential oil to carrier oil) of our Anointing Oils is very low. In our experience as an established business, skin reactions have rarely been reported.
      We recommend seeking medical attention if you are experiencing continued issues. 


      We have issued a refund for the products. We hope you feel better soon and send you much love and light.
