3/31/2025 @4:45 - I paid 3124.81 to All Works Automotive for transmission and omission repairs.
04/25/2025 @6:45 - engine light came back on. 04/25/2025 @6:55 - went to AutoZone and got a diagnostic test done on the vehicle and was told that the vehicle needed omissions repair. 04/25/2025 @7:20 vehicle was leaking transmission fluid underneath the car. Got vehicle towed to my apartment. 4/28/2025 @10:00 - Vehicle was towed back to All Works Automotive. 4/28/2025 @3:00-- I called All Works again was told that Rich wasn't there and I need to call back the next day. 4/29/2025 @ 11:00am - I called All Works Automotive was told Rich still wasn't there. 4/30/2025 @ 1:00pm- Went up to the shop personally. The guy said he never worked on my car but it was leaking oil and radiator fluid and not transmission transmission fluid. I said to them that you can tell it's transmission fluid and showed them the pictures I took and stated I got the radiator replaced last year at Tucson Radiator for 1200.00. I was then told to get the F*** off the property and to take my F****** car. A guy that works there lowered my vehicle down on the ram, closed the hood and drove my vehicle off the All works Property. They didn't give me my center piece for the driver side rim they took off the tires. I stated to them they knew they wrong and one of the mechanics shook his head in agreement sarcastically.
4/30/2025 @1:25pm -- I called a different repair shop and got my vehicle towed to their shop.

Mr. Whittington vehicle was towed into All Works Automotive
on October 29th of 2024 and when we tried to contact Mr. Whittington he was not
answering our calls to let him know what his vehicle needed, so the vehicle was
left alone until after leaving messages and advising Mr. Whittington that we
had not heard from him in approximately 3 months and that we were going to
start the process for abandon title and he would be charged $25.00 a day from
the day the vehicle was brought into the shop for storage fees.
     Then on January 28, 2025,
Mr. Whittington came into the shop to discuss what was going on with his
vehicle, and he let me know he was not working and that before bringing his
vehicle to us, that he had taken the vehicle to Tucson Radiator and had the
radiator replaced by them. I then proceeded to advise him that his transmission
torque converter was leaking, and that the transmission needed to be removed to
replace it. He also wanted a diagnostic for emissions for the DTC code of
P0420. I provided Mr. Whittington with a verbal estimate price of $2382.30 for
the repairs of the transmission leak. Mr. Whittington agreed to this estimate
and made a $100.00 payment for the work that needed to be done. I then advised Mr.
Whittington that we would not be charging him storage fees that would have been
$2275.00, since he came in and spoke to me and started making payments for the
    work.
On February 6, 2025, Mr. Whittington came in and made
    another payment of $50.00.
Then on March 6, 2025, Richard called Mr. Whittington to let
him know that he would need the passenger side catalytic converter and the 4
oxygen sensors to avoid damage to the new catalytic converter. Mr. Whittington asked
Richard if we could send him a copy of what has been done by email and the
estimate for the converter and oxygen sensors, which was sent on March 6, 2025,
by email. The total amounted to $3524.81 Mr. Whittington then responded back to
our emails and gave us permission to go ahead and add on the catalytic
    converter and oxygen sensors.
On March 12, 2025, Mr. Whittington made another payment of
    $500.00.
The vehicle was picked up on March 31, 2025, where Mr. Whittington
made the last 2 payments totaling $2874.81.
Then on April 27, 2025, Mr. Whittington emailed me at stated
his vehicles check engine light came on and that he went to AutoZone, and they
advised him the DTC code was P0011, he also stated that while at a gas station
he noticed the vehicle was leaking fluid and was having the vehicle towed to
the shop on Monday.  (pictures provided
    in email by Mr. Whittington)
The check engine light can come on for over 100 different
reasons, we have posters in our waiting room explaining this. (see attached
    picture)
Once we received the vehicle on April 28, 2025, which was
621 miles and a month later after Mr. Whittington originally picked up his
vehicle. We performed an inspection on the transmission that was dry and had no
leaks. We did then notice a leak in front of the vehicle near the radiator and
noticed that the leak was radiator coolant (anti-freeze) so then we proceeded
to pressure test the cooling system and found a coolant leak on one of the
radiator hoses near the radiator was leaking coolant which is orange.
Mr. Whittington came in on April 30,2025 to see what was
leaking on his vehicle. My technician proceeded to show Mr. Whittington where
the leak was on his vehicle under the ramp and when my technician tried to
explain to Mr. Whittington that his vehicle was not leaking transmission fluid
because the transmission fluid is red and the radiator coolant in the cooling
system is orange (Dex-cool) in the picture that was sent by email from Mr. Whittington.
Mr. Whittington started getting irate and upset due to my
tech letting him know that we did not work on the radiator or the small oil
leak that is coming from his oil pressure switch that Mr. Whittington was
advised about and declined further repair. Mr. Whittington continued yelling
and even spitting as he was yelling at our technician. At that time our
technician dropped down Mr. Whittington vehicle and advised him that he can
leave the property, and he can talk to Richard. Richard called Mr. Whittington to
try and explain to him that his leak was not anything that we did at the shop
and that it was a totally different problem, and Mr. Whittington did not want
to hear anything of what I was saying and hung up on me. Mr. Whittington was insistent
that his vehicle was leaking transmission fluid when underneath the vehicle you
can see that it was leaking in front of the vehicle and not in the center where
    the transmission is.
Mr. Whittington also claims that he is missing his center
piece on one of his tire rims. The vehicles tires were never removed for any of
the work that was performed at All Works Automotive.
The transmission fluid color red and the engine coolant (Dex-Cool)
is orange. In the pictures supplied by the customer show that the puddles are
orange that would be coolant. Which is also shown in the fluid leak video. The
oil leak is coming from the pressure sensor which the customer was advised
    about and declined further repair.

I have video of the leak but I am not able to send it thru here if you would like to review it please send me a email and I will send it to you. Thank you

Mr. Whittington drove his vehicle and brought his vehicle
back to us after driving approx. 621 miles with a different problem. We have
sent pictures, and we also have videos of Mr. Whittington’s coolant leak that
was not leaking when his vehicle was worked on at our shop. Even when we test
drove the vehicle, there was no type of coolant leak at that time.
The only leak at the time we noticed was the engine oil and
we advised Mr. Whittington about the engine oil leak that we placed a note on
his invoice, and he signed declining any further repair.
We repaired his P0420 code, which was the passenger-side
catalytic converter and replaced oxygen sensors that caused damage to the catalytic
converter and a transmission torque converter leak which has a one-year
warranty on the parts we put on. Any new problems or repairs he would be charged
    for.
Mr. Whittington did not want to listen to or see his problem
just being loud, obnoxious and rude. Mr. Wittington says he has an estimate on
his vehicle from All Makes.  I would like
to see this estimate or if he had any repairs and if any of those repairs in
question are from the passenger-side catalytic converter, oxygen sensors or torque
converter transmission leak that we repaired.
I apologize for Mr. Whittington’s concern about the business
practice, since there are new issues with his vehicle that are not part of what
was repaired at All Works Automotive there is nothing more that I would be able
to help Mr. Whittington with, due to being aggressive toward my techs and did
not want to listen to any respond either at the shop or over the phone with Mr.
Whittington only hanging up on is.
    Thank you

Rich is not being truthful. simply put. I drove my car 600.00 miles in 26 days. I have proof that is not correct. I work at Geico insurance on 3050 MLK BLVD Tucson Arizona (4) miles from my home. I go to church on Wednesday's nights and Sunday Mornings at Rising Star Baptist Church (3.9) miles from my home. What I getting is since I drove my car after paying 3600.00 is the cause of what was supposed to be repaired. I attached my estimate from All Makes and the faulty fluid leak, caused by a tampered radiator cap, no where did the estimate state fluid leak. We all know that he jacked up the price for work my vehicle did or didn't need. The fact is I paid for repairs from his business, and they did not fix my vehicle but charged me over the rate. I brought my vehicle to all works to get a service rendered, that service was not done and he's coming up with all these excuses that make no sense. There is a 1 yr warrant on the repairs he done but I do not trust him or the people he has working there. I have video on the exchange that I was holding for court evidence. You can hear me asking about what is wrong with my vehicle and guys telling me they don't know. I asked who is working on my vehicle and I would like to talk to him. You can hear them telling me that no one is working on my vehicle, and I have to talk to Rich who I've only seen twice the whole time my vehicle was there. He is a con man trying to con his way. I have recently read other complaints against his shop and it's the same thing he has done to me. Better Business Bureau is supposed to protect consumers, but he has a BBB grade of an A. how? You don't know who works there or if they are even trained/certified to work on vehicles let alone high-end vehicles. This is sad when a business can out right not repair your vehicle and then gets upset when you question the new so-called issues that you didn't have before bringing your vehicle to all works (all works you and not your car). I have decided to seek legal actions due to non-refund by all works. I don't trust them to work anything after the experience I have had. When can I seek to hire an attorney regarding this matter. This is very emotional, stressful and degrading as a man, as a veteran, as a Christian. I don't drive the vehicle other than in town because I'm afraid it will break down. Transmission is jerking and stalls when putting in reverse ex. backing into a parking spot. I also feel no one is reading these complaints fully or looking at the evidence sent in by both parties. I have estimates from different shop the same day of my towing my vehicle from all works to all makes (a total of 3 miles). Where are my center caps for my rims? they claim they never touched the wheels. I emailed and talked to Rich and Hector as soon as a guy from his shop lowered my vehicle and drove it off his property, not checking anything just saying get the F*** off the property. When Rich called me 2 hours or so later I told him there is nothing going forward but a consumer complaint and speaking to an attorney, rich replies they he will press charges against me for battery if I do. LOL . I was surronded by 5 mexican guys and only 1 had a uniform on indicating he worked there. they others did not.

I went to all works to get a new engine and water pump and they ended up taking close to two years to fix the situation as they failed to correctly fix the issue the first time. They offered no compensation and kept giving me the run around to waste my time. After four months of having the car I received another check light engine with a overheating issue which the owner told me to bring in whenever it happened as it’s under warranty. After leaving the car on august 7th I was told that my car might not get seen til the next day and it ended up taking an additional two days for them to tell me what the obd reader stated which I already knew. They then tried to charge me 550 for a coolant sensor and oil cap so I told them I’d rather go somewhere else or do it myself to which the owners wife responded with a fee of 90 dollars just for the diagnostics although it has been under warranty and she threatened not to give me back my car. They try to hook you in to scam you and they try to take as much as they can and they are not organized as they know nothing that was promised to me nor do they provide detailed information on anything or the parts that were upgraded.

    Mr. Lopez
brought his vehicle in on 8/7/2023 due to his check engine light on and advising
me that his temperature gauge was moving a little on the hot side. I advised
him to bring it in and we will do a diagnostic. When he dropped his vehicle off,
I informed him of the $85.00 diagnostic fee and let him know if he got the work
done with us, that the diagnostic fee would go towards the job. I informed Mr.
Lopez that we were a little busy and that I would try to get his car looked at
by the next day, which would have been the Aug 8th if not then Aug 9th.
Mr. Lopez called on Aug 9th and I informed him that his vehicle was
next to go on a lift and that we had to put a smoke machine on his vehicle due
to a fuel vapor leak code P0446 that we found. Mr. Lopez stated no problem, and
    we will talk tomorrow.
    On Aug 10, 2023,
at about approx. 10 in the morning I called Mr. Lopez and informed him that he
did have a fuel vapor leak and that the leak was coming from his fuel cap and
that we would need to get another one and recheck to see if there were any
other leaks. Mr. Lopez advised me that he just put a new fuel cap on, and I let
him know I have video that the fuel cap he purchased was not the correct one
for his vehicle due to seeing the smoke coming out of his fuel filler neck. I
also then advised him that he had DTC code P0117 due to his coolant temperature
sensor not sending the correct signal to his vehicle and this would have to be
    changed.
    At that
point Mr. Lopez got very upset and advised me that his vehicle was under
warranty and that if we did not fix it for free, he would do it himself. I
advised Mr. Lopez that the parts we put on the vehicle that are listed on his
invoice had a 1-year warranty that expired on July 8,2023.  The coolant temperature sensor is not covered under
the warranty, neither is his fuel cap.
    At that
point Mr. Lopez kept repeating himself talking about his warranty and that it
should be covered, I then informed him that his warranty only covered the parts
that were replaced as noted on his invoice and his warranty had hit his the 1-year
mark on July 8, 2023, and it was already a month passed that. Mr. Lopez stated
he would do the repairs himself and that he would just pick up the vehicle. I
let him know that was fine and he would be responsible for the $85.00
    diagnostic fee.  Zack became belligerent
yelling at me for over 10 minutes that I advised him that I would be hanging up
now and have a good day.
    Mr. Lopez
picked up his vehicle on Aug 14, 2023, and was still belligerent and yelling at
me. Mr. Lopez also left a 1-star google review regarding this and so did one of
his relatives who had nothing to do with the situation.
    Mr. Lopez
did get his engine rebuilt with us and picked up his vehicle on 7/08/2022. Any
parts that we put on his vehicle have a standard 1-year warranty and the engine
has a 3-year warranty that is still in effect.

I picked up my car 7/08 however i had to return it shortly because it overheated and Richard the owner informed me that it was there error and fixed the issue 4-6 months later and informed me that if it overheated he would take a look at it to prevent any further damage and a repeat event. He also promised me a years worth of oil changes and exhaust tips which his wife will not honor anything Richard said and I am unable to talk to him as he has been missing in action. When I left my car with them recently she informed me they would have to do a diagnostics first but did not inform me of any costs whatsoever but did say that the shop was backed up and could take a day which ended up taking more. When they tried to charge me an absurd amount of money for a sensor I said I go else where to which she said she would charge me the 85.00 although Richard ran diagnostics in the past and didn’t charge due to what he told me. I ultimately informed her that I would be there to pick up my car. When I arrived within business hours I arrived to see the establishment closed with no notice whatsoever. I proceeded to call with no response. I then returned the following day, a Friday, to yet again; the shop being closed with no notice or note or call back. She kept my car from me for four days because they are also closed on weekends. My car has been in Their shop during their so called warranty duration and are scamming people of their money. When I finally got my car on Monday I received no apologies for the inconvenience caused and was rudely threaded by her staff in the office.

    Mr. Lopez
did pick up his vehicle back on July 8, 2022, and he did bring back his vehicle
shortly after due to a timing chain issue which was resolved with his warranty.
This time around Mr. Lopez brought his vehicle on 8/7/2023 to us for a
diagnostic on a possible overheating issue. Lisa informed Mr. Lopez that we
would have to do a diagnostic that would cost $85.00 and if he got the work
done with us that the $85.00 would go towards the repair of the vehicle and if not,
the customer would be responsible for the $85.00 diagnostic fee.
    We do offer
ALL our customers a FREE oil change at the first 500 miles of having an engine
rebuilt. Mr. Lopez did bring his vehicle in for his FREE oil change not at the
first 500 miles but on 8/2/2023 after putting 8407 miles on the vehicle, we did
preform the FREE oil change for Mr. Lopez and had no complaints of any other
issues at that time. Mr. Lopez then brought his vehicle in on 8/7/2023 due to
his check engine light being on and that’s when we explained to him about the
diagnostic fee, and he said that would be fine and left his vehicle for us to
diagnose the issues. That’s when we notified him that we would need to replace
his temperature sensor and a gas cap then recheck. Mr. Lopez said that he
already knew the issue where he took the vehicle to do a CODE READ to provide you
with the DTC (diagnostic trouble code) that points you in the right direction,
which is what most parts stores do which is not diagnostic. Diagnostics is more
in-depth where we check power, signal ground, etc with our diagnostic
scanner.  Mr. Lopez said he would do it
himself and I inform him that that was fine, and the diagnostic fee would be $85.00
and that’s when he got upset and threatened us and wanted the diagnostic for
free and wanted a warranty on something that was never replaced on his vehicle,
neither the temperature sensor nor the fuel cap was never replaces by us.
    Mr. Lopez
would have been informed that we were closing early on that Thursday and closed
on Friday if he was not threatening and yelling at me over the phone for 15 minutes,
where I had to inform him to have a good day and hang up.
    When Mr.
Lopez picked up his vehicle on Monday, he was irate and upset yelling at me due
to us being closed and me charging a diagnostics fee. I informed him that he
can pay for his vehicle and be on his way.
    I have provided
the invoices/receipts that have the invoice numbers, milage and dates.
