    The insurance company (USAA) sent a company other than the one I requested during a flood from a water supply break. Then they told me Id be in temp housing for at least 6 months. They then said to move back in the next day with the house missing walls, stinking of mildew, and electrical outlets exposed for my child to touch. When I complained, the insurance told me to be a parent. I called *********************** on the spot! He went to work and I was in a hotel at their expense until they provided temp housing. When they tried to say they never agreed to the temp housing length, he again set them straight. The whole experience was crazy but *** came through time and time again. As this was my first ever home owners claim, I had no idea I would be treated so badly but *** had my familys back and fought for the benefits that were part of my coverage. I highly recommend *** and his team to anyone that has a problem. I cant stress it enough. He even got me a higher settlement! Thanks again *** and everyone at Associated Adjustment Bureau!
