      Be aware that the manner in which this office conducts their accounting practices is unacceptable. I had a complete eye exam in September of 2023 and am just now getting a full bill (after insurance paid) nearly a year later in Aug 2024. They accepted no responsibility for this accounting error and were very defensive about this issue even though it was almost a year AFTER this appointment and my co-pay was paid in full. Also, I was told I couldn't pick up a contact lens Rx after my comprehensive eye exam because they don't offer that ...only for eye glasses. I had told them that was my intent when I made the appointment and also during the exam. Therefore, I was quite surprised to find out they don't provide contact lens prescriptions but will gladly provide the full eye exam without fully disclosing this upfront. Extremely unprofessional practice and office management.
