    January 22 2022 Burns pest elimination company charged me $1695 to treat my house for termites. The technician didn't do the whole job, said he did and left. I made several calls to inform them that I still saw activity from termites throughout the house. They sent another person to treat the house in August of 2022 he had no idea about the previous tech who didn't do the job. Two weeks later they came out again. They only treated one room after I had made several calls to inform them about the activities all over the house. January of 2023 another tech came out and again only treated one area, which has done not eliminated the termite problem. They just come in from another part of the house.
    I have talked to several people at Burns about my problem and now they blow me off dont return phone calls and I don't know what to do. I either want my money back or get the job done.

    We have spoken to customer, today our team visited the site of ********* to inspect and identify the issues customer states she is having. Initial treatment was performed as per customer's statement and the interior bedroom treatment was not completed due to furniture obstructing access to treatable area. Furniture was moved and we were provided access to treat this area 10/17/22. This treatment was performed and completed. At this time all contracted work to be performed for customer has been completed and customer agreed. 

    Customer does state that she still has an ongoing issue with her termites and is being bit and wants the biting resolved. Customer showed us bites on her body today during our on site inspection. We inspected the entire house to find no evidence of current termite infestations. Since termites are a wood destroying insect, they do not bite or attack humans in any way. We suggested that customer go see a dermatologist to identify what the bites are and what is potentially causing this issue.

    At this time customer agrees that all termite work contracted has been completed. Customer wants biting to stop. We did inspect the house for any visible biting insects such as ticks, fleas, and bed bugs and did not locate any insects during todays inspection.

    The whole response is a lie. Burns came out on Monday February 7th 2023 to check the room where there is activity. Four men showed up basically bullied me and stated that there is no termites. They have never treated the whole house. Every single technician that has came out has cut corners and not fully taken care of the problem. After telling me I didn't know what I was talking about a man by the name of Troy whom I had called several times to inform him about the problems with Burns employees, what was still going on. He stated that he had no idea, when I had called him directly. Burns is not willing to take the time to fix their careless mistakes. I pulled up my carpet where it had been treated and there are still cracks in the foundation and they were in that room with a fast glimpse with flashlights focusing more on the ceiling and not where the problems were. Supposedly it was all in my head and that was that, also I was told to take down the claim immediately because they cared about their reputation. Well if they did maybe they wouldn't RIP my Mother off for almost 2,000 dollars. I have another company coming out to look at the house. I don't think that Burns cares or will indeed do their job.
