      Upon information and belief, Property Management, not the potential tenant, canceled two reservations back-to-back. I would like reimbursement for the rentals. If these reservations were not legitimate, then they committed fraud. Otherwise, I would like proof they were in fact legitimate rentals and legitimate cancelations. They also charged me for putting a new lock on my front door, in violation of our agreement, and without my knowledge, after their services were terminated with their required 60-day notice.

      I have been threatened multiple times by the manager. I put an owner block on my home and they threatened me that I needed to remove my owner block. Recently they threatened me again with unfounded threats and subsequently canceled two (2) reservations within an hour or two of their threats.

      I made a reservation with CasaGo for a vacation rental. Reservation #18159. On September 29th, I had to cancel the reservation. There is a $100 cancellation fee and then the remainder, $1,100, should be returned to me. Because my debit card had been cancelled due to theft, CasaGo told me they would mail a check and that I should recieve with in 15-20 working days. I have all this via email. Today is day 20. I emailed and was told it went to a card. It hasn't. When I called and spoke to Sara the same day she told me they can refund cancelled cards and the refund will appear in 5 business days. I asked for a confirmation number, she couldn't provide one. I just would like my $1,100 refund please.
