      TL;DR:If youre looking for a home remodeling crew that can take your caveman-era sketch, convert it into a slick, interactive 3D model, suggest cost-saving alternatives, and work with you the whole way to optimize both functionality and budgetWorkman Company is your solution.?? ************************************ The Details:We tackled four major projects during this remodel:? Merged a pointless mudroom with the laundry and partial pantry and added a puzzle command center. Our original plan involved removing a load-bearing walltranslation: $510K in extra costs and city permits.? Converted a 3rd bedroom into a Pilates studio while keeping the existing ****** bed (a.k.a. guest crash pad).? Transformed the garage extension into a man cave that doesnt double as a blast furnace in the summer (we thought this would require a $5K mini-split).? Made the home office actually usable (read: no more +1025 temps over the rest of the house, assumed another $5K for A/C here too).Enter Workman Company.They reworked our plans to avoid load-bearing wall changes entirelyno need for architectural design or permit nightmares. Even better, they came up with energy-efficient solutions that made those extra mini-splits unnecessary.They also went out of their way to carefully remove and reuse flooring, door jambs, and molding to avoid unnecessary costs.       I hired them to do a complete house remodel. They gave me a bid and were very conscientious with every detail of the remodel. They were prompt and were patient with us when we needed time to make decisions. The work was completed timely, and they paid attention to detail with the floors, counter tops, and painting. I am using them again on another project, and they are someone I would recommend for large to small jobs.
