  My car was towed on Saturday night at 9:30 PM due to disablement and maintenance issues. Unfortunately , the dealership repair shop was closed at that time and all day Sunday, forcing the tow company to keep it at their yard. My insurance paid 1 days yard fee and I had to cover a charge for the other daily fee.On Monday morning, I called at 8:00 AM to have my car taken to the tow yard in which they told me I had a 1 PM scheduled pick up. That scheduled pick up got canceled and pushed back to 6 PM, that got canceled again and pushed back to the next morning, that got canceled again and pushed back to midday at 10 AM, that got canceled again and pushed back into the later afternoon. At that point, my insurance agency offered another company to tow as it was Tuesday afternoon and the car was still not at the dealership. My insurance recommended another towing company come get the car and take it to the dealership and I happily agreed. Once Mobile Maintenance heard of this, they refused to release the car due to a form that was not completed thus accruing additional overnight charges. I clearly was not the priority and my car would continue to be pushed back and I was charged daily fees. It finally went to the dealership on Wednesday morning and I somehow accrued 5 days of charges (1 compd by insurance and 1 covered through insurance) as they counted Saturday-towed into their lot at 1000pm, and Wednesday-towed from their lot at 0900 am, as full day charges.This post is only to warn others that this place made me feel as if it were run without cares, thought, or concerns for the fellow and working man. They are NOT an accredited business by the BBB so be aware. They did finally prove to be a bit more caring and helpful towards the end but only after a complete nervous breakdown on my end!If you use this company, they may take your money and take advantage of the laws that allow them to take from you and your family.Hoping for better luck for everyone!

  First off let me start with I called them for a tow service and they quoted me 410 for the service which came with this unnecessary kit to replace parts that DID NOT need to be replaced then the driver gets there hooks everything up and brings it to the destination which was not a International (I found this place and it came up as International Dealership) so I asked the driver is this place the international dealership. His response was they work on everything as hes ******* to get my truck off so he can go home. Long story short I asked him if we can bring it to the correct location which was 7 mins away, 2.8 miles. We get there and hes being even more rude than what he was the first time. Now everything is unhook and he come to me with are you ready for the damages Im like how much is it, he goes 700. So I call ******** and talk to her and shes literally making no sense as to how she got these numbers so I started breaking it down for her then she cuts me off and says ok, the **** will be 650. I paid it however I was unfortunately charged and lied to about the service because if it was going to go up to 700 from 400 by just adding not even a while 3 miles, I cold of went with someone else. Not to mention I felt the driver was racist and EXTREMELY RUDE and so was the ********, she even hung ** in my face at the end. My dad was on the phone with me the whole time and I had my sister in the car so thats 3 people who can attest to this. Also the invoice shows no break down of how they came up with that any of the amounts. They are scamming customers by making up their own parts and making us pay for a unnecessary kit that no needs replaced because the parts that came off was fine. They failed to mention what that kit was which I asked her.Overall they are scammers and I highly DO NOT RECOMMENDING as well as EXTREMELY RUDE.
