    This company still **** me a refund or store credit since they never sent me the other half of an order. I have had contact with several employees, they are aware of the situation and stated they would resolve this issue. This is STEALING and is a crime! I was told by **** that this would be dealt with. I have over a dozen emails and have communicated with **** (many times) as well as *****. I will upload some of these emails including the order confirmation. I have given them replacement options and answered everything they asked of me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!

    I placed a large ejuice order with them on October 29th, and they shipped out what I thought was my entire order pretty quickly and all was well. The shipment consisted of 2 **** boxes, which were delivered on November 4th and all was well... until I opened the 2 boxes and checked what was received. It was then that I noticed I was only sent half of my full order. I quickly emailed them to explain the issue, expecting it to be rectified in short order. I received a response 4 days later, with the CS agent stating that they shipped 2 boxes and they were both delivered. I replied stating that I knew there were 2 boxes, but the total shipment was still only half of my order. The next response I received wasn't until November 14th, where the same CS agent requested pictures, which I promptly sent. It's now November 24th and I haven't had a single response from them, and I've sent several emails asking for an update since
